DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRIMINAL! They towed my car from the business and would not allow me to come pick it up, simply for asking why my car wasn't ready a week after they said it would be ready! They kept my money I paid to repair the car, had it towed away which cost me more money, and DID NOT DO THE WORK! I am suing them in small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Guy is a cheat has no employees because he can't pay them. Has welder at pawn shop. Used his pandemic small business loan to biuld his house instead of the new shop he was building. Every day has a new excuse why he couldn't pay me. Don't go here! Hopefully the IRS catches him soon.

When you buy a used car you never know what could happen well I went out to start my car one morning and it was flat out dead! I panicked what do I do!? So I realized it was the battery; I got the car jumped and headed to autozone well little did I know the guy who sold me the battery wouldn’t replace it. Now I’m back at square one so I started to Google auto shops etc and even though they specialize in auto body work I called and asked if they could help! Turns out they offered to help me out!! I’m so thankful for their over the top customer service and willingness to help even when it’s not a common service they offer. Thank you

We are new to the area and took our Honda Pilot there this am after someone hit it. They were very pleasant on the phone and in person! They were quick and efficient with the estimate process and fixed the issue promptly while also fixing the paint. I couldn't be more pleased to have had their help and kindness today. We will be recommending them to everyone!!

After hitting a deer down the road, I parked and left my totaled car at this location on a Sunday. I called and left a message to let them know and immediately received a call back. The whole process was as pain free as it can get. They worked with my insurance company to get me the BEST value from the adjuster. I highly recommend!!

This is the second time I have gone to this shop.They did an amazing job fixing my car and they even saved me my deductible! They are definitely all about their customers. I am beyond happy with the level of service Michelle and Jason of Liberty Hill Collision have provided. My car ended up being totaled out, but they went above and beyond to help me out! Kept me updated every step of the way and made this process so much easier. They worked directly with insurance and as this was my first ever totaled car I wasn't sure what to expect. Michelle walked me through the process and I can't recommend them enough!
