DO NOT expect this location to honor booked appointment times. We booked our appointment two months in advance and planned our travel around this appointment only to get a call that they will no longer honor our appointment with less than a week notice. The only way we could make their new modified last minute hours would cost my family hundreds of dollars and lost time with loved ones. While the services provided are satisfactory the customer disrespect is deplorable.

After imploring significant effort to find companies in North Texas that both remove and prevent rust, it is very apparent that Paul and his staff are āone of oneā.
After purchasing a vehicle with salt air and possible ocean water corrosion on the underbody, Paul ensured that his staff would do their best to remove the surface rust and protect my seven year old vehicle.
The results are incredible; not only is the vehicle clear of significant rust but with some additional monies spent on intensive detail labor, ready for years of future driving.

My experience with this shop was top notch from start to finish. Mary was personable and efficient, she made sure my appointment was set for the right time and that I was informed well of what products I was selecting for the service I chose. At the end of my visit she walked my car with me and made sure everything was to standard before I left. When I brought up one small detail today (the day after my visit) that was missed, the shop was very quick to make it right and apologized for the inconvenience. I was extremely pleased at the fact that they wanted to make it right! Thatās very rare these days.
Once again, very personable and efficient individuals working here, I would definitely recommend stopping in if youāre seeking any services.
The window tint I selected was applied well and you can really tell the difference with their ceramic tinting. 10/10.

I gave my car for a interior detailing because I had a spill inside my trunk area and I must say Ziebart did a very good job in cleaning my car. I had some stuff in my car and they themselves took everything out and kept them back. Totally recommend
Suggestion: cleaning agents used for cleaning left a strong smell inside the car. Not sure if there is an alternative for this!
