On 11/24 Friday, my wife went to an atm standalone kiosk in a shopping center a tried to deposit $500 in cash because we had an urgent bill to pay that day. As she was doing this the money was jammed in the deposit slot and the screen said no longer able to take cash deposits.She called customer service as soon as this happened and was given a very rude representative. He said that we signed all the documents when we started using wells fargo and that we have no choice but to wait for an investigation. Will take ten days or longer. And we might get our money back if they see a reason to. We were literally dumbfounded. She was upset and crying when she called me after this. We have called everyday since then asking how can we get the money we work hard for and trust this bank with back. Everyone tells us the same thing. If we see fit, you will get it back in 10 days. No sooner. I have never had a bank act against me. We are currently looking for a new bank.And this experience will live with us for ever.

Stopped by here to get some cash today before I left the area. Everything was fine. The driveway to the ATM was kind of small for large trucks to try and navigate through this area. The machine was functional and in good condition when I visited this location.
