This location was unfriendly and borderline racist. My dad went there planning to buy some liquor, and he wanted to see what one of the bottles looked like since it was in a box. When he tried to take a look, a worker yelled at him from a distance, repeatedly saying, “You open, you buy!” as if he were a child. The worker even asked, “Have you ever drink before? First time here?” without realizing that my dad has bought liquor there many times before. After this experience, my dad will no longer be buying from this location. I told him, Wine and Spirits offers a better selection at better prices.

Costco has the best deals for alcohol! Better yet, unlike back home, the alcohol is right next to the fruits and bakery.Costco runs some very competitive and great deals on wine and beer. You should definitely come here if you're planning a party.

This isn't a run of the mill liquor store, which is good and bad. The good-prices are affordable for top shelf brands; there are often bogos and/or twofors which is the way to my heart. They have good bundles and nice giftsets around the holidays. The bad-the selection/stock varies,never know what they may or may not have. I do appreciate that they change it up often, but if I am shopping for a specific booze, I go to Spec's.The service is always friendly. Today, I left with much more than I came for which frequently happens to me. : /

Rude StaffI lost my receipt and they didn’t honor the return or exchange, I told him that I drove all the way 15 miles still they were not ready to help. Not sure where else I can report this.I’m really frustrated with the unfriendly behavior of the staff of this store.To be avoided!! Not recommended!!

Selection is not as big as Total wines but great for a quick grab along with the costco trip. They are not affiliated so prices are not wholesale but on par with market.

I would have gave this store 5 stars usually but today 5/28/2021 around 2:30 pm when I went in the store I didn't feel very welcome i have lived in olmos many years and i usually get such good service but the two young men standing in the front checking people out they looked like it was a bother and I know when I exited store the little caucasian boy said something smart because he had a shocked look on his face when I turned and spotted him in window one was avg height Hispanic kind of on heavier side with a beard and the other was caucasian kind of skinny avg height and neither greeted me or anything or asked if I needed anything else I had to say hello first as I said I have been going to this store forever and the new people that are there besides the older lady thats the manager and the shorter young lady with the short hair are the only ones from this new group that seem friendly I think if those two young men dont like theirs jobs or working around others they should look for a job where there is no human contact because this is not the first time I have experienced this with these two particular young men it just really upsets me how rude and entitled these millennials are they should be thankful to have employment they make it seems like we should be the grateful ones lol if that's the case they are in for a rude awakening in life lol
