The customer service I received today not acceptable. I placed an online order to be delivered. I received notification that my
order was ready for pick-up. I called to see why the order was placed for pick-up. I explained that I live in a nursing home AND I do NOT drive. The customer service (male) person told me that he would cancel my original order and I would have to
place the order again. So I asked him if he had cancelled my order, so that I could place the order
to be delivered. He said, “Yes.” Next I placed the order to be delivered again. This time, the order did not go thru because the total exceeded the monies I had in that account, because he had not deleted my order. This resulted in a third call. The customer service person (woman) did not speak English very well. At any rate I had her to look at
my account. She said it did show deliver. I don’t know how she charged it. I was in Customer Service for over 36 years. I would have never treated anyone like I was treated and the people that reported to me would never have given such poor service.

worse customer service ever. Labeeba the supposed team lead knew nothing, machine stoped working after it took my money and she didn’t allowed me to get my money or my groceries. It was near closing so she was to lazy to actually do something and told me to “come back tomorrow” I don’t understand how you can promote someone to team lead with such poor performance/ service. I left the store without my money and without my groceries if i could give zero stars I would

So Labeeba the so called “team lead” decided to open a self-checkout register that was clearly out of order. We paid $31 in cash, and of course, the machine didn’t even work. When we told her what happened, her brilliant solution was, “Come back tomorrow.” We walked out with nothing ,no items, no refund, just wasted time and attitude. Amazing leadership, right?

It's everyone going to place. I go there for two or three things picking up. Drive or parking there is a nightmare. People are walking or driving around like a lost child. Morning is better for shopping because it is less crowded.

Pulled up for an oil change in the middle of the day. No parking spots available near the car center so I pulled up in line and parked. 3 different employees watched me pull up and proceeded to make eye contact and then walk off. Luckily, there is a great spot to get your oil and lube services done down the road at the corner of Justin Rd and Mcgee. DO NOT waste your time at the Walmart Auto Center. They don’t even want to talk to customers, let alone service them.

I will have to say that I had the worst customer service at this Walmart. Literally stood at the customer service counter for like 10 minutes without anyone there. An employee came out of the office and walked off and stated she would be right with me. No clue where she went or what she was doing but I believe that the customers are more important rather than where the employee walked off to.
