Worst walgreens ever. Placed an order online. Went to get it at the time it said and it wasnt done. Then the pwrson at photo didnt know how to do it and then the person who looked ro be the manager walked away without helping her. Unbelievable.

Pharmacy doesn't fill prescriptions for 2 weeks until you show up and they say it'll be ready in an hour. That's because you just now decided to fill it because I showed up. I'll be changing to another pharmacy.

Horrible Customer Service by the Store Manager
I had a terrible experience at this Walgreens while picking up an online order. The store manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude. First, she made me wait while assisting another customer, even though another employee was already working at the checkout.
When she finally came over to handle my order, I showed her the QR code on my phone as instructed by my order status. Instead of simply scanning it, she kept asking for the name on the order. I tried to show her that my name was right next to the QR code, but before I could even finish, she abruptly left, saying she needed to “help customers.”
Despite asking her multiple times to just scan the QR code, she seemed unwilling to do so. Eventually, she half-heartedly identified my name and handed me my items. As a store manager, she should know how to handle online orders efficiently and with respect. Her attitude and lack of customer service skills were shocking.
Very disappointed with this experience. Walgreens, you need to train your managers better.

I gave 2 stars because this place only has 2 decent employees. Photo lady was busy doing passport. 3 other walgreens people walked right by me not doing a single thing never offered help. Literally adding cash to a card. The manager says do it up front. The workers say do it in back. I hate coming here now.

Got a Google Play GC for my grand daughter last month, and was charged for it. However, they didn't activate it. So when she tried to redeem it she was unable. I don't have the receipt anymore, so we're out $15.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Takes a LONG time to get any prescription, ESPECIALLY if there is even one other customer waiting. Worst-run pharmacy I have ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is specifically for the pharmacy at this location. I have a unique rx and called 3 separate locations today 2/13/24, and was told they didn’t have. Finally I called this location at 2:38pm (the 4th store) and spoke to a gentleman in the pharmacy who verified the name of the rx and qty I was looking for and that yes, they did have. So I immediately requested rx sent. I received a phone call at 7:18pm today 2/13/24 from this location advising they hadn’t had in stock all day and wouldn’t have been able to fill it. Why did this store verify they had inventory when they did not? Very disappointing as I’ve wasted a whole day on much needed medication.

Asking someone who has waited in line for their turn just to ask if I can step to the side mid check out so you can checkout others that walk up BEHIND me!! Excuse me? Also, slapping others items on the counter, no respect whatsoever in this individual. I hope you have the day/year you deserve.

I hate going into this Walgreens almost as much as the people who work here seem to like helping people.While waiting for a car inspection my son and I walked in to this Walgreens to look around and my son noticed some Pokémon cards that were on sale and seeing as they only had three packs left we decided to buy them all. When we got to the front we realized the pricing was completely different. I explained to associate Clea that they were marked that way and not one but all three were in the same row. She rudely just said “no” and that Pokémon stuff was never on sale even though everything there had 25% off on it. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Remind you this is obviously for my 8 year old son!So after rudely just saying “no!” I go to the back and take some pictures of what’s back there. She makes a bunch of excuses about how some customer moved it and that they can’t be liable. But it really seemed obvious to me that it was a mistake on the staff stocking items. After a bunch more excuses she finally asks the manager to assist.Manager Sheva came over and looked at the aisle and when I asked her what place the cards were moved from she just threw up her hands walked away while telling Clea to” just give me the discount because I don’t want to deal with it”. When I get to the front Clea acts passive aggressive and doesn’t communicate while pretending not to hear me when I ask if she heard what the manager said. She purposely made me wait longer to check out. However when I asked for her and her managers names her tone immediately changed. So I hope both their bosses read this review.My 8 year old son and I were excited about finding a good deal. Clea and Sheva not only acted unhelpful and rude they did so in front of my son who was on the verge of tears and kept apologizing.It was not his fault that your store is so unorganized! He should not have to feel bad over the shortcomings of the stores employees!!!

Rude pharmacy techs who are very snappy. Meds sometimes take over a week to fill. They didn't give me all 30 of my pills in a recent prescription and refused to fill my new prescription early, so now I have to go without my medication. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

pharmacy staff sucks. they are immature, and are very slow at their job. the few times I've been in the drive through they took forever, and the man who works the window was laughing with his co workers after i had asked them a question. Incredibly rude staff, made me wait a long time, and in the end did not get the help I needed. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Leah showed EXCELLENT Servant Leadership tonight!! I witnessed her get mistreated and disrespected by a rude customer & she kept her composure the entire time and shook the t off! Great job Leah, that lil gesture got you a 5 star comment from me!!
