The waiting was beyond disappointing. This was my first time at this location with this optometrist. At any other optometrist I’ve been to I’ve been in and out within 30 mins. Mainly because the optometrist isn’t taking care of two customers at the same time. I’m not sure if it was because she had been double booked or this is their common practice. I did notice that the optometrist was going in between rooms during my appt. The optometrist was kind but I will not be back. I don’t feel my time was prioritized.

I highly recommend Visionworks for their excellent service. I came here last month to get a new pair of glasses. The staff was very professional and helpful. I had to come back several times for frame adjustments and then a prescription change, but the entire time the staff, especially Ricky, was extremely courteous and prompt in following up and providing me the best service they possibly could. Even fixed my old frame for me for free! I had a very pleasant experience despite all the glasses hiccups. I would come here again in the future.

Unexpectedly, we stopped by to this location and it turned out to be great experience with Ricky. Who helped us with our frame issues. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to come to this location only just because of.the Ricky.

This second visit was a nightmare. The optometrist was very forceful into getting me into a contact prescription that wasn’t a proper fit for me. Just because they ran out and she wanted me to have something even if it wasn’t what I needed. Black women especially be mindful when this happens to you. My appointment was rushed. Now do to the negligence In prompt follow up. I have to come in for a second onsite appointment even though these are the exact same contacts I have been using. I will not be returning to this establishment once this second visit is complete.

Ricky the store Manager who helped me and my Family with the Sunglasses is an awesome person I could have met at Vision works. His professionalism and kind support in Sunglasses was really what we mostly liked. Thank you for fixing my daughters frame length too.
