Love love love this salon and misty
however the new girl who was there was extremely rude, multiple times during my conversation with a friend she was rolling her eyes and sighing.
i asked her if there was a similar color to the one i was wanting to which i was told to find it myself
the negative energy and plain disrespect was enough for me to have second guesses on this salon.
Overall the nails were great however the customer sub par

They charged me $100 for this set. I had a soak off and dip powder. No additional tips as these are my real nails. SUPER overpriced. I asked why they were $100 and they just stared at me with no response.

I went in for dip nails and a color change on my nails. Cons: When we walked through the door we were not even acknowledged. The seats weren't clean or wiped down very unsanitary. Then when the technician I believe her name was Michelle, came over to take off my pervious dip nails I asked her to allow me to sit with the acetone to remove so she didn't drill my nail bed too much. When I asked that no comment from her was made she just got up and walked away. I was sitting for about 20-25 mins waiting for a tech to return. When the owner came in everyone's vibe changed. Then she (the owner) did my nails. When it came time to pay she charged us 45 for color change on toes ( which is outrageous) then told us that it was because this was a nail bar. and they served drinks ... which I was never offered one. lol Honestly with this service, I know they didn't want us to come back which is fine. I won't return! SAVE YOUR MONEY! You better off going to Milano in flower mound! Great techs and clean atmosphere with positive energy!! Pro: My nails were pretty.

My first time going here on arrival, I was pleased with how nice people were and the salon itself. I also loved how many color options there were almost too many to choose. I was told the price was starting at $48 and is dependent upon length and shape. Has she started working on my nails everything was normal. While shaping I was cut with the file. She used a gel topcoat, even though I voiced that I usually don’t get those because I peel them every time I prefer the dip topcoat. Another lady sat down a mobile register And asked me to go ahead and pay while she was still in the process of doing my nails my total was $58 and I tipped $12 in total I paid $70. The pictures show how the gel was not carefully put on and was left on my cuticles and is now peeling and how different parts of my nail don’t even have color on them. I called and asked for a soak off and refund and I was told they don’t do refunds only fixes and as I was trying to understand and explain myself she hung up on me.

I went today in for a simple pedicure. And I told them I want it very clean and callus removed. I was disappointed with the result. Technician did a poor work. I had to go home and cut my nails again, trim the edges fix them myself. After paying them 50$, they ask for a service that can’t provide properly. I was not asked if I want them trimmed on edges. Like the lady that checked me out at the registered said “the technician usually ask.” I told them I was not pleased with the result. The place unfortunately looks uncleaned and dusty. I guess the owners decided their point of attraction it’s the bar and alcohol they serve there to the customers.

Come here if you want your fingers cut!
First time costumer and NEVER coming back. Almost all of my fingers are cut or have some sort of irritation. They all hurt very bad. The technician was not fluent in English and I was telling her that she was hurting me but still cut me. I don’t think I want to do power nails ever again. She traumatized me for life. My ring finger has a deep cut and now I have a hard time doing dishes, washing my hands and my hair. It is so inconvenient and hurtful.

First time customer (new to area). Nail technician did not properly provide services I paid for. Got the signature pedicure and express manicure with Nextgen. Pedicure poorly done. Technician barely massaged and filed my feet. Service included callus removal that technician did not do well. Minimal effort given during service. Was too embarrassed by technician’s lack of care to speak up. Just wanted to get it over with since I have a wedding to attend out of the country and this was the only time to get nails done. Ended up having to file feet and callus on my own. Nextgen manicure nail polish was cute though. Still tipped 20% to be polite as she did both my manicure and pedicure, but as I look over my pedicure, I wish I’d tipped less.

Love this place! The staff are all so nice and do a great job on my nails! Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is they seem to run out of the polish colors I prefer and don’t replace them. I would definitely recommend!

BE WARNED. I got my nails done about a week and a half ago, I have been coming here the past few times I've gotten my nails done and they have been great but I won't be back. I paid $113 for my NAILS ONLY, why it was that much I have no idea. My thumb started hurting a couple days ago and I showed my husband and he said that I needed to get it taken off because my nail was starting to get infected, I guess when I got them done she cut me or something and since they don't clean their tools, it got infected. It hurts so bad and I went in there today to get it removed and all they could say was sorry, at least they took it off but she cut me in the process, so yeah safe to say I will never be back here. You could tell they were talking about me too. Whatever, come here at your own risk. Pictures included.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I just recently moved to Lewisville and started coming here and I have been super satisfied every time! The customer service is unbelievable and you just feel so welcome when you walk in. Highly recommend!

Paula is the best at doing nails 10/10 And Mike is the Best at pedicures 10/10 I've been coming here for a year and I'm always greeted by the best staff. Always have great customer service & the nail techs go above & beyond!!!! Plus the owner Misty is the best & is a very attentive person to her customers
