I want to say if you ever need anything looked at or completely fixed and resolved, you will get nothing less at the Lewisville TX location. Caleb fixed an issue I had been facing for over a week in less than 5 minutes. Not even the customer service could fix my issue and but Caleb was courteous, respectful, he heard my issue, and he immediately knew what to do. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and was so apologetic for the issues. He was even multitasking and assisting 2 other customers at the time. He’s truly the epitome of an amazing employee. Thank you Caleb!!

Our recent visit to the this Verizon store on has been nothing short of a nightmare, compounded by appalling customer service and a complete lack of accountability. As loyal customers of over 3 years, our experience was deeply disheartening and has left us questioning our continued relationship with Verizon.
We initially visited the store to take advantage of a promotional offer, which involved exchanging my iPhone 14 for the newer model iPhone 15 and receiving a credit towards our account. However, upon reviewing our statement, we noticed that the promised credit had not been applied. Subsequent calls to Verizon customer service revealed that there was no record of the phone being logged in for credit, highlighting a serious oversight in the store's procedures.
When my husband visited the store in person to address this issue, he was met with further disappointment. Adel, the manager who handled the transaction, had apparently left without properly logging in my old phone. This lack of attention to detail and responsibility was shocking and unacceptable.
The treatment my husband received from the staff today, particularly from Jimmy “B”, was also incredibly disrespectful. Not only did Jimmy dismissively claim there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue, but he also refused my husband's request to use the restroom, directing him to go across the street instead. This level of disregard for basic courtesy is simply unacceptable in any customer service environment, let alone from a company like Verizon.
I strongly caution anyone considering transactions at this Verizon store to reconsider. The disregard for customer needs and the lack of accountability in handling transactions are clear indicators of systemic issues within this location. Verizon must urgently address these issues to restore trust and uphold basic standards of customer service and respect.

I don't speak good English but Caleb took me in, first i asked is anyone can speak Spanish and he said no but use translate app. I will be back for my sons phone!!

Caleb - Lewisville Verizon Store - 5 Stars!
We walked in at 4:40, and the store closed at 5 PM … but no hesitation to help us! He got us hooked up with internet and told us about all the deals (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney, ESPN+).
Out of the store by 4:59, and amazing customer service!
