Old gas station, not busy. Just had a renovation and the pumps fixed. Large lot seems to be optimized for those pulling boats. Fisherman’s gas station. Easy to get to from the I-35 access road headed north, or from 407 headed east. Impossible to get to while heading west. Might as well go a half mile to Qu***Tr** which is lightyears ahead.

Friendly guy and they have some live bait. You can get bait down the street from the outlet for much less. Gas prices are stratospheric. One block to the east much cleaner place with much lower prices. Go west under the bridge for Quik Trip gas. Couple of seasons and you will save enough to buy a boat. Old House BBQ next door is pretty good.

A different kind of atmosphere for a gas station or was it a bait shop. The gas was high but the attendant was friendly.
