Very courteous staff, always happy to help you mail your prepaid returns or a new package. They can do full-service shipping too.
In addition, they have printers and copy machines for your printing and photocopying needs.
Furthermore, they sell several supplies like tape, envelopes, etc.
Conveniently located right next to Tom Thumb on Round Grove @ Valley Parkway.

Friendly staff. Always smiling and helpful. My go to place for amazon returns. Only concern is lines, especially during end of the day. But the location is good, unlike one near denton tap road.

Mar2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the workers I observed at this time.I searched online for this location as a result of needing to send out a package to return some merchandise with an authorization. The store had available parking out in front of the store with a few handicap parking spots available as well. I noticed that the front door was not automatic and would create an issue for someone trying to enter in a wheelchair. I was greeted by one of the workers upon entry immediately and asked if I needed assistance to send off the box I was carrying. Several other workers inside were observed moving boxes around and working diligently at what appeared to be appropriate work behavior for a shipping store. The worker was professional and efficient while getting my package scanned and giving me the receipt.
