I brought my daughter in and the girl in cosmetics seemed to be extremely bothered that we were there. I had to ask for help for everything. Extremely unpleasant for a birthday surprise

I went in to purchase a few items and also get my birthday gift but the cashier refused to honor their own birthday reward saying she needed to see a QR code even though I pulled up my account and she could see a QR code wasn't sent to me

Came here to pick up an online order and had the nicest interaction with the staff. Great customer service and made sure that all my orders for pickup were correct. I’ll have to come back to shop in store!

I had a hair appointment today at 4:45. I was getting Ulta reminder appointments. So I go there and waited at the salon area waiting and no one was there. Finally someone comes up and tells me that Emma quite and she didn't have any available appointments. So no one bothered to tell me my appointments were canceled. I have an appointment next Sunday and no one has told me she has quit. So no one has ever bothered to call me and let me know. This has happened so many times.

Amazing customer service is hard to find these days but this location does it well. ❤️
I went by the store today and several people offered to help or offered a basket. The woman that helped me at the register was really sweet too. Keep up the good work!!

Alot better service than my previous experiences. Its sad that I had to visit an ulta out of my city to get better customer service. Much better here.
