Dusty and Ilan came out today to do some touch-up painting on our new Tough Shed. They were very professional and pleasant. We are very pleased with their service! We came in to tuff shed to look around, we were not expecting to buy anything that day but Larry King made the whole process so easy. They have sheds to look at in the store that we did not expect. Overall great experience and if you are looking for a shed, this is the place or just to get a quote.

When we went to the Tuff Shed store in Lewisville. Larry King waited on us and was very courteous and explained our options in enough detail to help us decide on the Premier Tall Barn with the door style, shelves, windows, colors and vents that met our needs. Edgar and the rest of the delivery/install crew were professional, courteous and careful not to damage any surrounding landscaping or trees except for a limb that was hindering the install and had to be removed. We are pleased with our Tuff Shed purchase.

Everyone I dealt with was absolutely wonderful and for the most part understanding. I was extremely upset that the factory didn’t follow their own blue prints that the engineer took 11weeks to turn in to the city, so it didn’t pass inspection on the 1st try. Had to have corrections made twice, after the build. We were told 8-9 weeks and today marks 17 weeks & it is now considered complete. After seeing how they really want to make their customers happy, I would highly recommend them. Tu came out today and was great fixing the door frame and adding the supports the city recommended. Robert was instrumental in our initial design and helping along the way. Thanks.
