I am a resident here and just had the BEST experience! My car was towed this morning and I was so worried about talking to management, because of past complexes I have lived in. But Lupe was the absolute sweetest !! I was met with kindness, understanding and the help I needed to get everything figured out! Living here has been amazing! Thank y’all for everything ((:

Scummy apartment complex that gleefully works with scummy tow companies. Be prepared for you, your friends, your family, and your entire ancestral line to have no transportation as this complex will have towed them all.

The apartments do there best to take care of their residents. Have had some occasions where maintenance orders were a bit delayed, but they make sure to take care of the problem at hand. They are willing to work with tenants on things as well. A very nice area to live, and the apartments aren’t bad for either!

Nice complex and very quiet. Staff seem to always be available at reasonable times. Anytime I had a maintenance issues, once reported the staff was there the next business day handling the issue. I have to move but at anytime I go back to an apartment complex I’d 100% be back here.

I lived here for 2 years and they couldn't fix the master bedroom window still leaks when it rains. Had damage items and the room smells do to the rain and only cleaned the carpet one time in two years. We moved out and they charged us for carpet cleaning are you kidding me also they are changing us for a termination fee and 60 days after our contract. Be careful before signing with them to many fee. The rent looks good until you get all those fee added on. Also, have pictures of when we moved in and I had to clean it up before moving in.

Would not move here I lived here for two years and had a leak a the master bathroom that this day they couldn’t fix and keep they will charge for everything when moving out. Carpet cleaning for what all the water damage the window did that couldn’t be fixed and all of my things that got damaged because of the leaks for two years hoping it will not rain. Also when we moved in was still dirty had to clean the apartment before we moved in. Keep in eye out of all the fee they add up also tying to get me to pay termination fees for what to move out. Been here for almost a year and already resigned to stay another! Absolutely love how quiet it is, neighbors are friendly, and never have to worry about packages being stolen or non-residents coming into the complex at odd hours of the day/night. Management is super nice and been nice since day 1 before we even moved here. Highly recommend and if you need quick access to 35 for work, you’re not far at all and easy to hop on!
