They put on a good front to get you in. Literally have lived here for four months and moving at end of week. When you sign your lease they might as well add roaches as co tenants. No matter how clean you are and how many times pest control sprays, there's roaches everywhere. Also loud parties all the time with complete disregard for others. Constant car repairs, and people leaning on your cars as of they belong to them. If you report anything to office you have a target on your back, and nothing gets fixed. Moving for the safety of my children. The office staff doesn't do anything but justify the noise and the unsafe environment. I will be notifying their corporate office. If you are a hard worker and have children, and want a calm safe place to go at night, this is not it. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME.

The place is dirty, Tennants are loud, roach infestation, smells bad, overpriced. I could go on for longer but this is all the time i want to give them. Don't remt with them. I wish i could give 0 stars...

For days I have been looking for a rental for myself and my husband. I find timbers recommended by a family member and I go to the office with the people in charge and after several days trying to collect my information to apply they tell me that they need papers when I see that There are Latin people renting apartments, they bothered me with the lady Esmeralda who was the one who helped me. It's a waste of time because they don't be clear from the beginning.

I have lived here for 2 years and I am very happy to live here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They have events every month for ice cream social, sometimes bingo, and raffles. My family and I love it here and we plan to stay a long time

Don’t waste your time or money. There’s definitely a scam being run here. I don’t see how someone can submit an application and the selected apartment is still listed online for other people to inquire about or apply for. So they’re just taking money from anybody. Then they say you should have a decision within a week and that’s not true. When I asked Esmeralda why is the apartment still listed, she had no answer. Then she changed the apartment number on the application, talking about some upgrades, when that’s not what I wanted nor applied for. Stay away.

Don't move here if you have a family. Loud parties, ugly looks by other tenants who don't follow rules. Office who sends the same reminder emails of BASIC rules with continued issues. Want to have a peaceful place to sleep, feel safe and comfortable when you get home this is not the complex for that. Office is great, very communicative and will give them that is not enough to make up for the horrible environment here.

I will be living here 4 years on 6/6/24. This is an amazing and safe place to stay. Place to shop and eateries are within walking distance if you don’t have a car. The staff here is amazing! The assistant manager Wendy really listen and work with you. She is always so kind and professional . Most people consider her the mama bear of Timbers@121. They get the job done! Esmeralda is always smiling as you walk in the door and is always helpful and attentive. The awesome maintenance crew Martin, Jimmy, Maria, Daisy work really hard to maintain a clean property. Any work order is immediately received and completed quickly. We get emails frequently on activities for kids, contractors working on site and property improvements ect…What’s also great about this property is a program called Veritas Impact. Irene is our resident coordinator. She is amazing! My family has benefited from this program which is offered free to the residents. Please take advantage! When my son was needing help outside school, the tutoring on zoom helped him improve his grades tremendously! They also have Teladoc(24 hour)which your able to speak with a physician over the phone or video call for free. We took advantage of that as well. Back in February we received an email on a Stem program for students 6th through 9th grade. My son was excited to attend. After completing the program he received a dell laptop. How many apartments you know invest in their residents like that! Now my son wants to know more about STEM. If your looking for a place to called home this is where is at. I just signed another lease and looking forward to what the future brings here at Timbers@121!

I should leave another review this place is 10 times worse…. Extremely Loud Parties almost every Night… management is aware and has been aware for over 4 months and done NOTHING about it at all… they actually Made it worse there is no longer a courtesy officer and they don't try to enforce the rules at all… if you’re raising a family do not move him here your kids will not be able to sleep at night and this is no longer a safe atmosphere to live…

I rarely complain or ever hardly have to go
To the office about anything. If I do I am always satisfied since Wendy has taken over she works with me and my family the best she can. Everything has gotten better in the office since this change! I am very pleased. A lot of the improvements that needed to be made I’m starting to see!! Thank you for everything, we have been here for around 9 years. Don’t intend on going anywhere specially since good changes have been made!! Thank you Wendy and all the staff in the office!!

If I could give a one star I would stayed here for 3 years and all of the bad reviews are true and when I moved out I didn’t get any of my security deposit back and they tried to charge me a extra $600 for move out fees just for them to put in new appliances and paint the run down cabinets when I moved out. They will get over and keep money and charge for stuff they never fixed to begin with if you leave 1 piece of trash when moving out they charge you extra would not recommend moving here if you don’t want to be extorted for moving fees

All about helping Latinos if your a Minority...You will get treated that way ..Not 1 person on the staff African American ..Moved into a unit full of roaches remember the roaches get free rent ...Also people will stay in your business especially if you got a little something .People disliked Jesus and lied on Jesus so this #1 place I regret moving to do be it I got a house I'm blessed and highly favored remember prayers handle all your enemies against you ..so be it ......Psalms 91

Jimmy is a maintenance worker here he works quickly and efficiently. They work really fast on work orders. They helped us with a weatherstrip that was needed and they quickly fixed for us.

My family and I have been living here for what will be seven years in May. And overall we love it here. Our building location is the best if you ask me lol The ladies in the office is the absolute BEST!! I just love Wendy and Esmeralda! When it comes to any and I do mean ANYTHING those ladies are whom I call on. They not only solve problems and etc, they also have awesome events during holidays for adults and children but they also have great events during the summer for learning with the children and more. Wendy has always been an helping hand and she has a lot to do with why my family has stayed as long as we have. We thank you so very much Wendy. We love it here. If you are looking for a place to stay come by and check out Timbers@121. Overlook the negative comments. No place is perfect you guys. But this place isn’t bad at all.

My family and I have been here for nearly 7 years and counting. It’s a pretty nice place to live and conveniently located near everything. Management has been awesome during our time here. I want to give a shout out to Wendy. She has been a big part of the reason why we stayed so long. Wendy, thank you for working with us and our family as long as you have.
