Today I visited the store and it was a pleasure, everything was clean and organized, good prices, I saw the manager serve customers with good treatment and attentive to ensuring that everything worked well, good place, I recommend it.

I will start with customer service. Customer service and ALL the new workers they have are RUDE! They have no manners definitely no customer service skills very disappointing..Prices- prices are high for been used clothes. But 50% off days are worth it.

I shopped there during my visit from NY was a very clean environment with good quality items a bit pricey compared to the N.Y prices n most employees didn’t understand English I’m a secret shopper influencer n Thrift Giant is a good place to shop!!

This Thrift Giant location has a nice layout that is easy to navigate. Prices are competitive, and bargains are found on monthly sale dates. I have purchased small furniture and interesting housewares here. Thrift Giant has an app with color tag sales listed each month. The app will have a listing for the next big sale date. I have seen a waiting line to enter when they first open on big sale days. When shopping in the morning on a 50 pct off day, bring your own large bags to use for shopping because a cart may not be available. End of season $0.99 sale days can also be popular.

My mom, my son and I really like coming to Thrift Giant. They have such great quality clothes with good deals. I am from California and have yet to see a thrift store like this there. I know so many people in Cali that would love your store. I always tell my sister-in-law about it. So many interesting things to find and very nice employees ?. Miss Peggy and Angela are always very nice and helpful. Keep up the good work. Gracias.

One of the best thrift shops in the dfw. I find the BEST items for work and for going out. The prices are ok. Some things are inflated like a dirty pair of crocs for $20. Other than that this place is my favorite thrift shop. The employees also know how to put tags on their items unlike Salvation Army.I drive from Denton to shop here when I have the time.

This used to be one of my favorite thrift stores because it is so large and their prices were great. However, I’m shopping for higher quality items and their prices have gone up so much on those items. Even when they have a really good sale, the quality items I’m looking for are still overpriced.If you are just looking for a basic thrift store, however, this is a great one. They have at least one color everyday that is 50% off. Some days they have a second color that is 25% off and on Sundays, they have a third color that is $.99.They had their fitting rooms closed for well over two years after COVID, but are now open. Most items are sorted very well, including housewares and bedding.Would I return? Yep. I still love the thrill of the hunt.

Visited this store today. It was a good spot. Very organized. The only problem that we had was with the checkout lady Viviana. She was not very friendly, didn't smile once and very standoffs, it wouldn't have been bad if she was actually nice. But other than that it was a good visit.

Every time my gf goes here without me they are rude to her and take items away SAYING it’s because the wrong tags are on it but I’ve only EVER seen it happen to her and she’s white. (The last time the associate actually ripped the tag off the bag and told her she couldn’t sell it to her because the tag was detached but the cameras SHOW the EMPLOYEE ripping it off) I’ve never seen it happen to anyone else and I went in to buy an item that had a detached tag to see if they gave me the same speech and the guy sold it to me because (I’m Mexican). Racist employees are NOT okay.
