If you are looking for prices, that is not your place. There are many second hand stores better than this one. Don't go.

It's okay, but not as interesting as other locations. Books, music, and video are all gone. One concerning thing I saw around back a few weeks ago - a man in SA clothes was throwing things into the bay where the SA trucks back in. Things were crashing, crunching, smashing as he threw one thing after another into the bay. I thought, I hope that's not what they're doing with my donations. I am glad I gave the flat screen to some friends and the furniture to my neighbors.

A huge store. If you're lucky, you can find everything you need here. From furniture and clothing to used electrical items, everything is there. There is also a large department with decorations and normal used kitchen items. We went there to drop something off. And then went through once. It felt like the selection was much more about luck. Is it just what you need? But you can find everything second-hand. Even an evening dress. However, you can also come away empty-handed if you are looking for something specific. But in any case, you can save money compared to buying new ...

This is by far my favorite thrift store! The employees are super nice and prices on clothes are very reasonable. I don’t think I’ve seen so many good prices at a thrift store before. I found a perfect homecoming dress for 14$ and it’s stunning ✨ it is also right next to a Dillards so if you don’t find what you want there you can go to dillards. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The pricing on the items in this store is laughable. Lots of old tattered shirts -specifically shirts from local businesses' charlity events or schools' spirit days that no one wants lol. $5 for a used baby romper? I can get something similar BRAND NEW at a place like Ross or Burlington. The $7 leggings with a $5 clearance sticker from Walmart made me roll my eyes. But the tattered Hanes hoodie for $7? Surely you wouldn't insult my intelligence like that, right? That one sent me over the edge. I left empty handed.

This is a pretty basic thrift store. It is fairly large, however, I feel their clothes are pretty dated and worn. It takes a lot to find something that is currently in style(vintage or otherwise) and in good condition.I have been told by several of the staff that all of their items are priced in one central Dallas location then shipped to their store. Why would I know this? Because ALL of their swift tag price tags are punctured through the fabric in transom spots, leaving holes in most any delicate, knit or tightly woven fabric and I asked several times why they would do that. Their answer was that they didn’t do it there. It was done elsewhere. Surely they have relayed that information to whoever needs to know it right? Apparently not. It’s been a couple of years that I’ve shopped her and it’s is still the way they tag clothing. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve found something that was actually in great condition/style only to look it over to see there is a hole where the swift tag is.Their furniture selection is usually pretty decent and fairly priced. Same goes for their electronics and household goods. The shoes however, are overpriced in my opinion. They usually have one color tag that is 50% off and their dressing rooms are open as well as bathrooms. They also have a donation center around the back that will take ALMOST anything.Would I return? Yep. I’ve found David Yurman and Tiffany jewelry in their ‘fine’ jewelry case for a great price which makes the hunt worth it. I just don’t look for clothes there often.

It's very organized and it's obvious the employees care about that the shopping experience doesn't feel like a thrift store. However, the prices don't feel like a thrift store either... A 3-piece artwork was priced $9.99 for each piece, it can't be split up, it should have had one price for all pieces. Also, the dishes aren't sold as a set i.e., each plate was priced separately. If you purchase all pieces, it's cheaper to buy it brand new.

I just went and dropped off a ton of bags of clothing. I didn’t have time to walk it all the way to the entrance and hand it to him one by one and go back to my car and get more so I put it all in a pile and he said don’t put it on the ground and he refused to help me carry it from my car. I don’t suggest helping out the company whatsoever. Take your clothes somewhere else.

Gave a 30 min arrival window (10:50am) came to my door at 1:45pm. Husband had a meeting, so I ask them to give us another 15/20 mins and was told no and to reschedule. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for a pickup.

Came home and wanted to sit in my favorite chair that I’ve fixed, who know how many times?! Anyway, was just curious and went to see what this place had in stock. I was so happy to find this little gem for under $100. Very pleased.

I'm leaving the store now at about 5:00 p.m. I found one item without a price tag the assistant manager on duty was unwilling to offer me a price for the item saying perhaps a customer in the store wanted to buy it. I asked if you could page the shoppers and ask he said that was not a possibility. So I asked every customer if they were intending to buy this item and each one said not I told the assistant manager my findings and he did not believe that I asked every customer even though I was ready to buy the item along with a whole basket full of items. Due to the assistant manager not knowing proper customer service skills I made no purchase at all even though I was ready to purchase an entire basket of items to assist your for-profit charity. I am sure to tell all of my influences about this experience you can be sure of that thank you and God bless

Manager was extremely rude walking around the store 40 mins prior to close saying to “wrap it up and bring items to the front.” When I asked if the store was closing earlier her response was “by the time you get done it will be 8pm” in a rude condescending tone. I put everything back and left as I refuse to spend my money with someone like that. Considering this is an organization that is to help the community I hope you find someone that isn’t rude and disrespectful to assist with customers.

Very clean store. Not much available except for clothes. I was hoping for some electronics, musical instruments, or games.
