My 2 year old son attends Children’s Courtyard In Lewisville. He had some trouble adjusting at first, as I am a stay at home mom and he’s used to being with me every day. We would walk in and a full on tantrum would start. Miss Tee, Brandy, Nicole, and Maddie all go above and beyond to comfort him and help me get him into class. Miss Tee is extremely patient with my son and makes me feel very secure leaving him in her care!!! I usually bring my 5 month old in as well, and they always hold/watch her while I try to console my son. It is so helpful and takes so much stress out of the situation!!! He has gotten use to drops off and he loves this school! Each teacher and administrator I have met there are so kind to me and my husband. Miss Tee and Miss Karen are great teachers. I highly recommend this school if you are a worrisome mother like I am and have trouble trusting others around your children. I absolutely love the updates through out the day and being able to watch him through the app they provide. Communication is quick and reliable… any concern or issue I may have had they have helped me get it figured out asap! They are just awesome.

I was nervous at first of this place and the reviews I had read online. One of the many reasons I chose this was it was closer to home and I had access to cameras to see my kid. What I didn’t realize would happen is that this place would become like family to my son. I love how the teachers treat him like he is their own. The front office staff is amazing with helping me with any concerns I may have. He has also learned a lot at this place which makes this teacher mama happy! I absolutely love this daycare and the care they provide for my kid.

Wonderful school and team. They have been kind, compassionate, so friendly and I love how active they keep my daughter. They are full of events and plans for the kids and I feel they truly care about my daughter.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for 3 years now and they absolutely love her and she loves them. Any time I have a concern about my daughter it's always addressed and never overlooked. As a first time mom they have given me a lot of advice that really works!!

Words cannot describe the level of care CCY Garden Ridge provides! I have 2 of my babies who have gone here since being infants and they have grown and learned so much from every teacher. There was never a day I was concerned about my babies in their hands. They have live video feed if you have seperation anxiety like me which was a huge plus. Not to mention, they are so attentive in communication no matter how big or small. Big shout out to Brandye, N’cole, Sylvia, Erin, Karen, Gabby, Jenine, Katia, Alexis and Fatima. To know the teachers AND directors names should show you they will make your experience memorable. Thank you all for taking such great care of our girls. We have found a family in CCY Garden Ridge ❤️

My son has been coming here for almost a year, he started at 3 months old. I am a first time mom and no other daycare experience but I have to say this is the best daycare experience I could ever hope for. My husband and I are both blown away by the love, care and care for our son. They always seem so happy to see him. The administrators are phenomenal about communicating with parents. They have an app where the teachers send us updates throughout the day regarding anything from diaper changes to ehat he ate and they post pictures so we can see him. They also have a live video feed and I use it quite often to watch my little one! The security features are wonderful. I know my son is only 1 yr old but in the morning when I ask if he's ready to go to school he starts walking to the door saying bye bye. I truly belive he is having fun and learning! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for one.

The first impression seen good until 3 months down the road I walked in on the teacher yelling at the kids Behind Closed doors, and the oldest teacher called cps on me. It was a open and closed case but they are not what they pretend to be.

All four of our children have attended this facility since they were a few months old. The teachers and staff have become family. I noticed a review that mentioned Ms. Karen. I feel I must defend her. Yes, she is very strict and can be a little "old school". But she cares deeply about the children in her charge. She also has the most difficult age group (two year old's. Yikes!!) Our children adore her and learned a great deal from her teaching.Ms. Silvia fed, rocked and loved our babies when they were only a few months old. She is a treasure. Ms. Brandy, Ms. N'cole and the rest of the administrators are always there for us. Even when my wife was going into labor with the twins and we had to drop off our two oldest at 6am. They leaped into action. Our girls are now socialized, happy and confident because of the love and dedication these woman have shown them. The are "the village" when it comes to raising children. I have trusted them with the care of our girls for the past 8 years. You can too.

Please please do not let your 2 or 3 year old attend a class of Karen. Both my grandchildren have gone here since infants. Until they had her as a teacher, they would cry and beg, to not to go to her class. They had wonderful teachers before that. So just beware of the complaints and the way she speaks to you and your child. We will be moving my grandchildren due to this teacher. So sad for the kids and the teachers they truly loved.

The staff here was wonderful, my kid loved Miss Natalie in school-agers! The whole place was very clean, they were attentive and kind to my very energetic kiddo. Lots of stuff to keep little hands busy and adults that actually want to teach and help.

my daughter is currently attending this school , all I can say is the teachers there work with your children and they don't give up ! I'm called and always kept updated about how she is behaving and also how well she catches on . this is the first and only daycare she has every been to and I'm so glad I made this choice . we are relocating but good news is I found a sister school in fort worth so hopefully its the same here ! Nicole also is a angel she is very knowledgeable about everything that's going on and fair ! would recommend this location to anyone . prices aren't bad either .

My oldest son attended after school care and participated in summer camp here. Great staff but not a good teacher to kid ratio. Need more summer camp activities!Originally, we used the flex pass for our youngest son occasionally when his babysitter was closed. I recently enrolled him to go 3 days per week and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. The teacher to student ratio wasn't equal and I'll be honest that even though they noted a good curriculum I didn't really see it happening. The kids need more engagement (and more kids removed that have continual behavior issues)!Pretty clean buildings on both sides. The cost and knowing there are some teachers working that don't have at least an Associates degree seems to be my biggest deterrent from giving 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of working at this location for a year. The management staff is without a doubt the best I have EVER had the privilege to work with. To top it off, the teachers are AMAZING! This center is so unique and special in that when you and your child(ren) join, you are like family. I have never had such wonderful bosses, and leaders, to work with. Brandy and N'Cole are amazing and make you feel so comfortable. I look forward to the day when I can bring my own child into this school. I definitely recommend this Children's Courtyard!!!!

Parents please beware of this school. It saddens me to write this but my wife and I feel that it is important to let other parents know about the situation we experienced there. Our daughter went to this school for a year and we were generally pleased with it, that is until we came across a form on which my signature was forged. My daughter was sent home one day with a stack of miscellaneous papers, which is when we discovered a parent/teacher conference form. This was news to us since we had never had a single parent/teacher conference throughout the entire duration that our daughter attended the school. We reported it to the director and assistant director of the school and were surprised at their lack of concern that this situation required. We even provided them with documentation that proved that I did not leave work that particular day and thus could not have signed that document. Additionally, we provided a copy of my driver’s license proving that my signature does not match the one on the form. At no point did either of them assure us that this would never happen again nor did they say that this situation was not up to the standards they require at their school.Falsifying a parent’s signature, on any form, is a huge concern and a break in trust. This incident reveals poor judgement and a lack of integrity. Trust, sound judgement and integrity are necessary attributes for the persons responsible for your child’s care. Our experience has shown us that this school is deficient in each of those attributes. Prospective parents, please beware of this school. Existing parents, I would urge you to ask management to see every single piece of paper in which your signature appears (not just enrollment forms).
