Went here for the first time and the experience was just ok. They definitely need to work on their front desk customer service experience.
We were lamely greeted by this lady at the front desk who was more busy on her phone. She was not friendly. She rushed us through the check-in process and never bothered to ask if I need my receipt or not.
Later, I also found out about their monthly and yearly subscriptions which I was not told about. I may have signed up if front desk told me about it.
The volunteer/staff who took us inside and gave a tour was really nice, informative, and friendly.
They had about 8 cats when we went. Some of them were confined in a different small rooms because of different issues. Most of them were friendly.
They do have kittens but they were in a separate room and you are not allowed to see or interact with them. Also, on their website it does say that you can pick up cats under supervision but we were told that this is not allowed either. I am not sure why the website stated otherwise.
Place is good if you are into cats. There is nothing close by like this for cat lovers that I am aware of.

Literally the most adorable place, the workers are so sweet and gave us a walkthrough the place before anything. The separate themed rooms are adorable and so genius.
The feline leukemia room was really nice as well, it’s really nice that it’s a separate room, it gives you a bit of peace and quiet with the few kitties in there ?Loved visiting!

They are so kind, the cats and the people. I had lots of fun going here and playing with the cats. Make sure you say hi to the newborn kitties. Would love to go again.

We had the best time here. The cats varied in personalities and were great to see. The team members, especially Natt, were so accommodating and helpful by poiting our which cats liked what. Even when my 2 year old had a melt down, Natt was a pro in getting the whole environment settled again. Would definitely go again.

It was a very nice cat cafe! It's $13 for 30 minutes or $16 for 1 hour. Very spacious for the cats to run around and play. We didn't make an appointment and were able to be accommodated. Each room has different cats and special needs. You were able to hold some of the cats. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the best cat cafe in the DFW metroplex. My daughter comes here for her birthday every year.

My son and I really enjoyed our visit here! They're just off to the side by Cinemark. The employees are very good at explaining what to expect, including how to tell which kitties are extra spicy. They take good care of the cats, and you can sit and relax in a few different rooms while playing with and petting the kittens.

Fun time playing with the cats. They have a cat named Hank (I think) with cat leukemia. He was the bestest boy. Most cats were friendly. One star deducted because it smells like cats. But I guess that comes with the territory.
