Well I tried to use this location because I had a terrible experience at their Sherman location. I called the Lewisville location to see if they could Mount and balance a 24 inch American Force Dually wheel I just need one tire swapped out because one of mine has a plug in it that is not holding air. They told me if I did not buy the wheels and tires from them they refused to work on the truck what a joke this company is. Both locations Sherman and Lewisville terrible customer service.
To the responce below. I usually go to a shop in long view but i know the tire would not hold air to make it that far. Thats why i called a local shop to try and help me out but you wouldnt even consider doing a single tire swap. And after that response im glad i took my business else where. I should have known after the experience i had in Sherman. Just proved your company is a joke.

If I could give this place a 10 stars, I would 100%. I have never met someone so customer oriented. We told him what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations. We got a 2 inch lift and new tires + wheels, when he placed the wheels on it, it rubbed against the mud flap when he said it originally wouldn’t, so he fixed that for us for free. One of the best places to get your tires done

Well let me only say that after I visited, I was left thinking that I would be purchasing from the wheel specialist but for reasons unknown to me he never followed back up with me and I waited for him. I took my business elsewhere that was responsive to my need to purchase and they're need to sell. Texas Tires your loss on this one.

Im only giving 1 star because its making me! We have gotten a few things from this location and were all purchased for my husband's birthday. The lift kit, as far as I know is ok, no issues.... yet. We then went back for fender wells and get a set of air bags installed. The guy told us he could get the dent out of the front fender then install the fender wells. Well, when we picked up the truck, left with it, driving home and find that the fender wells weren't even fully attached to the truck, they were flopping in the wind, we were headed out of town so did not go immediately back but called. We were told "oh we must have forgot to add all the bolts", bring it back, we'll finish it, so we did. Come to find out they also never even tried to get the dent out, just covered it.We thought ok, give them another try, everyone makes mistakes..so, on to the airbags...have only had them on a few months, but they kept leaking, we kept airing them up. Finally got to where they won't hold air so we took it back. They had it all day, called and told us that they needed to order parts, will have to bring it back. So we did...6 hours later they called and said it was ready. Picked it up, got it home and looked under the truck only to find that they did not do anything except scoot the line over and zip tie it to the u bolt that holds the air bag. We called them about it and they said "they forgot to bolt it down, I drilled new holes but forgot to bolt it" bring it back..... I THINK NOT!They didn't even drill holes! The holes that are shown in the picture are factory holes. Now we have to take the truck somewhere else to get fixed right. I do not recommend this crew at all!

Let me start by saying these guys are all around professionals. I walked in with no appointment at about 10 am. I was met by Philly great guy, super knowledgeable super friendly. He helped me choose the right wheels & tires for my car and I'm supper happy with the work. They got to work right away and had my out the door in a little less than a hour. Guess what their warranty is awesome to. Just after I left I had a unfortunate event that left me with a hole in my rear tire. Obviously distraught They took care of me immediately. Gave me peace of mind and didn't make me feel like a burden.10 out of 10 will do business again. Great job guys all around.

I find it pretty d*** that their so-called website doesn't show their inventory and that I would have to go up there to check it out. That kind of defeats the purpose of a "website" don't you think. After all, it is the 21st century and just about everyone shops online and rather order online and then just go pick the items, rather than deal with sales people or possibly rude customers. They should get with the program.

Customer service was superior! I described the look I wanted and they made it happened. I am super excited with the outcome. My husband is getting his truck done here also. We definitely would recommend the shop for all your tire and wheel needs!

Right on point, the professionalism given by this store is highly commendable. The suspension kit I supplied were handled without any conditions and were installed in a timely manner at the most reasonable cost. Most notably, this store strongly supports the veterans community. They even shuttled me to my place after dropping off my truck. Bravo Zulu to Vince and his staff for a job well done!
