The Texas Hot Tub Company of Dallas hires and retains the best! Phillip McGough from the Dallas store is an excellent employee. He is courteous, genuinely excited about the products that Texas Hot Tub has to offer and treats his customers with respect. As a retired Government professional, I expect this kind of enthusiasm but rarely find it. I am pleased to report that the Texas Hot Tub Company and their employees carry that enthusiasm into their work ethic and further, that they support our Veterans.
I have some orthopedic issues and Sauna/Heat therapy was recommended by my Orthopedic Surgeon. Phillip guided me through the process of selecting just the right sauna to meet my therapeutic needs and those of the most important person in life...my beautiful wife. Phillip took us through the process and forms required to obtain a tax exemption from the State. He then assured us that our new North Star Finnleo Outdoor Sauna would arrive and be expertly installed before my Wife’s Birthday.
Promises made are one thing...promises kept make all the difference in the world. When Phillip makes a promise, he keeps it. His secret is his team of expert installation personnel. Phillip put us in contact with Richard Harris of Good Thinking Inc. Richard’s installation crew brought it all together for one fabulous Birthday. We have been using this Sauna daily since it was installed in September. Thank you, Phillip, for keeping your promises and delivering this wonderful Sauna.

TJ and Matthew came out to repair my hot tub leak very professional kept the job site clean neat, and left it just how they found it .

Matthew from Texas Hot Tub arrived on time and, within 30 seconds (!), correctly diagnosed what our issue was.
He was so polite, kind, and helpful! He replaced the one item that needed to be replaced, asked if we needed anything else, and took wonderful care of us in repairing the problem (a broken pressure switch which prevented us from adjusting our hot tub settings) promptly! ?
I will definitely use them, and request Matthew) in the future!

Our experience with Texas Hot tubs and buying our Endless Pools Swim Spa from Phillip McGough , couldn't have gone any more perfect. Phillip was so knowledgeable, was able to talk us through several different models, and made sure we purchased exactly what I needed as a past competitive swimmer and now Master swimmer. We drove to Ft. Worth just to make sure the model X500 was perfect for us at Phillip's suggestion, since he knew I needed to see it in person. We have loved all staff members of Texas Hot Tub from Phillip in sales, to Aimee in scheduling, to Robert (owner) who overlooked and helped us through delivery (what owner does that??), Tony, the Electrician, who made sure we understood EVERYTHING he was doing in wiring the spa up, and Eddie gave us the the skills in Spa School to take care of our spa like professionals! I swim every day, feel great, and am SO GLAD we did not buy an in ground pool! Thank you Texas Hot Tubs!!

Great service and helpful staff. Joel put me in touch with a contractor to prepare the pad and electrical before our Jacuzzi was delivered. Morgan has been great in making sure we get the auto-ship of our chemicals when we need it.
