Horrible customer service! This store used to be the best. First they take my drive up return and when I got home noticed they didn't complete the $60 return. Called the store and Mae was very rude, refused to help or speak with the associate, and refused to let me speak with a manager.
Tried the 800 number same uselessness, tried the"contact via email"-same useless response. They advised me to go to the store. At this point have wasted more than an hour of my time... you would think guest services at least reads the issue but that assumption is completely WRONG!
I will be completing a few more returns and insisting on a receipt even in drive up. Then you won't have to worry about this customer anymore. Will shop elsewhere going forward.

My entire family recently visited Target Optical to get our eyes checked, and we had an exceptional experience!
The receptionist NATALIA was incredible, shaving so much time off our visit by efficiently guiding us to pick frames right after seeing the OPTOMETRIST Dr. Truong. Her reassurance and attentiveness made the process seamless and stress-free.
Richard was fantastic, assisting each of us individually with the many frame choices and ensuring we found the perfect fit. His genuine kindness and attention to detail were exactly what we needed.
The entire team, Dr. Truong, Natalia, Vi, Richard, and Kron, provided outstanding customer service. We chose to spend our hard-earned money at Target, and they did not disappoint! The level of care, cost, and overall experience were excellent. We had an amazing time, and it was much easier than I expected. Plus, we already have our glasses! Fast, friendly, and so much fun! Highly recommend!

Worst drive up experience ever. Target teach your associates customers service and you might get more customers to return. Associates should learn that the money we spend is how they get a pay check.

The worst target I’ve ever gone to. We dropped my son’s bike off on 5/13 and was told it would be put together in a couple of days. We’ve called weekly asking for an update. Yesterday David said they don’t service bikes under 28 inches. I asked for the manager and he didn’t know the policy and said to call back on 6/3 to speak with the experience manager. Today is 6/3 and the experience manager, Carol, is saying they don’t service bikes under 28 inches and I have to come up there and get my bike. My sister purchase this as a gift and now I just want a refund. We have to go up there with a receipt to get our refund. But we showed them our receipt when we dropped the bike off! Such an inconvenience

Recently target changed their policy so self-check out is only for 10 items or less. That might be okay, but they have not opened more lanes to compensate. There are two checkers open at 10am on a Saturday morning right now and it is very slow.

Do not buy produce if you’re a Drive Up customer at Target. It will in all likelihood be rotten that no one would buy if shopping in person.

This location always has men soliciting in the front. We’re not talking Girl Scouts, just grown men yelling you down when you try and walk through the front doors. Very uncomfortable.

I am highly in love with Target! It is clean and well organized. There are so many things to look at and purchase. I highly recommend Target as your one stop shop!

There are two other major retailers in the intersection. Prefer going to Target where service is above and beyond the others in the area.

The guy at target tech who has an long blonde hair has discriminated us very badly saying his preference is to not help us and been very rude . Complained to manager about this he is also agreeing the guy is very rude and he can’t do anything as it’s a third party agent . Worst experience in target

I have to say I much prefer Target over some of the mega stores. It is cleaner and easier to get help. I think their prices are somewhat the same as well.
