Woah I went to target the other day for some Nintendo controllers and some target exclusive plushies. I couldn’t find the one I wanted up front.
That’s when I went to this associate I saw, his name is Felix. I usually don’t bother asking if there’s any more in the back because the reply is always “no, everything we have is stocked”.
Felix went above and beyond the norm to make sure I was helped in finding the item I wanted and I am a super happy customer.
Thank you Target and thank you Felix!

Just got done spending almost $200 on groceries just to come home and see that 6 different food items I bought were expired. Not only is this store constantly out of products, it is also a disaster. Dirty, and disorganized and now on top of it they leave expired food on their shelves. If you shop here please check all of the food item expiration dates before purchasing. I am disgusted in the lack of quality control and will never be coming back.

This is a very clean & organized store. The staff are very friendly and the space is very spacious. There are plenty of registers to check out.
We will definitely be back..

Who doesn’t love target ? I spend my all most every weekend here but I will never comeback to this one the lady her name was renneee in her pin she wore so rude to me even I just ask her how can I find stuff which I don’t know which aisle it was rude and talked to me ridiculously I don’t think so this way you can make good money because slowly it will effect customer service and it’s really bad I bought my stuff from target Lewisville 06/16/ 24 7:22pm posting details because it’s disappointing and unbearable I hope she gets to know if she doesn’t respect customer she can work in warehouse where she don’t have to talk to people at all horrible customer service I hope you guys take it seriously thank you

I bought this last night, for the burgers today.
The package says triple washed ready to eat. It is Man's better romaine leaf lettuce.
I thought it was dead. It moved around and was on my counter before I killed it

Good product at a good price but pickup not good. When I got to the store if the door hadn't have been open I would have thought the store closed. Finally found someone and they were little help. Not a good experience.

I come to this Target about once a week, and no matter what time of day I come in, it’s always hard to find an employee when you need one. All their employees are either doing fulfillment and can’t stop processing online/to-go orders to help me, or they’re at the checkouts. I wanted to get in on the circle week deals they had for tech the other day, but no one is EVER at the tech desk. I waited for more than 30 minutes, looking and calling at the help kiosk, and asked other stationary employees if they can call someone for me. This isn’t the first time this happened, so I left and went to Walmart to buy the same item. Not only was it cheaper than the Circle Week deal, but an employee was able to help in seconds. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I know this isn’t an issue with the employees as much as it is with managers, but please make people more available. Ive been coming to this Target every month for a year now and more often than not, I leave without buying anything. It’s always the same—absolutely no available employees to help when you need it. My assumption is hours have been cut, which sucks!!! Bring em back!!

Quick, Friendly curbside & employees!
They were so nice when bringing the items to my car. They even chatted about one of the items I had as they were going to purchase it later this week. Whether you’re at Target by your house or in another state- you always get the same warm and cozy feeling Target gives their customers.

You’ve seen one Target, you’ve seen them all. This is one of the larger Targets with a huge amount of parking.
Huge amount of square footage = more items to choose from!
The store is laid out Targets, which makes it easy to find things if you’re not familiar with the new store.
Considering it was a Saturday night the shelves were still well stocked, and the staff was friendly.

I frequent this Target location due to it being right off the interstate when in route to and from work. Today I had the worst encounter with the most poorly trained, and undeniably laziest staff that Target has ever employed. I wanted to order items that were not available in store and some were available in store but I want to just do one order and have it delivered to my residence in Louisiana. OMG why did I say that, the associate instantly went and got another associate that lacked understanding as well to what I have done multiple times before. With that being said I request to speak with the manager. Management took so long to come and acknowledge me that I call the store phone and as the manager on duty answers the phone he with a crew of mid-level (hourly) associates basically position themselves in close proximity of me as if they were there to assist but I can tell it was as if they were unsure if I was about to turn into what some may categorize as the “angry big black woman”. Basically they played nice and did exactly what I originally wanted with the exception of having the items being delivered to my Louisiana residence due to me changing my mind and having them shipped to my temporary Texas residence. Long story short, I will not be returning to that location. I like Target but the service that I received today was subpar. Maybe because I just had on sweats and a baseball cap and I didn’t “appear” to be a valued customer. Well shame on you and when I say you I mean every associate at that location that I encountered today because I will be telling family, friends, colleagues and anyone I come in contact with about the horrible experience that I had at this Target location. I am by no means stating that I will not shop at Target in the future but it will be a cold day in hell before I go to that Target location.
