I am genuinely surprised these guys have a 4.7 star review. They have messed up the skid plates to multiple cars now. Leaving missing screws, not connecting it correctly. The past 3 times they have said they did it right but I go back to look and it’s not connected in the middle or it’s missing screws.

Went there for cars state inspection and they fail my inspection saying there’s some problem in emissions go and fix the problem first. I had noticed one thing before living my car to them my TRAC OFF light was off and after getting my car back what I see it was on?? Eventually they turn it on and check the codes so I fail my test. After that I went to another store and do mine cars state inspection and there was no problem and I pass my inspection. Be aware of these guys otherwise you also need to pay twice for inspection…..

My car died on the way home after getting an oil change. There were no issues with the car prior and it had been driven around. I tried to call to get in touch with someone and all mailboxes are full. I know things happen, but not being able to at least leave a message is frustrating.

One of our employees took a service vehicle in for a oil change, it was discovered after driving off and seeing smoke coming out of the engine bay, that the oil fill cap was not put back on the fill port. the oil was splashing out on to the exhaust. we also discovered the oil filter was leaking. the vehicle was towed due to low oil in the motor and engine light on to the dealership. we are awaiting on take 5 1800 number to reimburse us for this,( 5-7days) to respond to claims

(121 location in Lewisville) There was a wait because so many vehicles wanted their services on a Friday afternoon. Two bays were open and what looked like five guys were working. I think I paid more than normal for a basic oil change at a different franchise. However, I like the perk of not having to leave your vehicle. The manager, Hayden, was excellent. He made sure the oil change was done correctly. I recommend this location.

BEWARE WHEN IT COME TO COOLANT REPLACEMENT!!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE DEFINITELY SELF TAUGHT! THEY DID A COOLANT REPLACE AND LEFT AIR-POCKETS CAUSING MY CAR TO OVERHEAT AND COOLANT TO SPILL ON MY RADIATOR CAUSING DAMAGE AND MAKING MY CAR NO LONGER RUN. FLEET RESPONSE THEIR COMPANY INSURANCE DENIED THE CLAIM BECAUSE OF MAINTENANCE WASNT PROPERLY KEPT UP AND THE MECHANIC THAT THE INSURANCE ITSELF TOWED TO, SAID THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM PUTTING AIR-POCKETS AND CAUSING DAMAGE. THESE PEOPLE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND MAKE RANDOM EXCUSES NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY. I BEG YOU!! I SPENT $1600 WORTH OF DAMAGE AND THEY CANT GIVE REFUND OF $213, WHICH IS WHAT I PAYED AT TAKE 5. I PROMISE YOU THAT THERE ARE BETTER PLACES!!! I POSTED MY INVOICE SO YALL CAN SEE THAT THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! IT LITERALLY SAY THAT THEIR AT FAULT!! AND REFUSE TO PAY THE MINIMUM OF WHAT I PAYED THEM FOR THE JOB THAT CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY CAR.

If your customers left a bad review, do you honestly think “they will reach out to you” if we would like to discuss our concerns? Take responsibility for the situation and how about YOU reach out? Maybe look into the situation if you actually care about your community and customers. ??♀️

We went to get our oil changed this past Saturday morning. The manager tried to talk us into getting our air filter changed in addition to our oil change. My husband explained we had an air filter at home to replace it and we only needed the oil changed. Then come that afternoon the AC wasn’t blowing properly and honestly felt like the AC wasn’t blowing at all. We had to roll down our windows as best as we could but it was extremely difficult due to the humidity and rain. My family of 5 (3 little boys & 2 adults) were miserable and kids were drenched in sweat. We finally ended up checking for bad fuses and relays. Coming to our surprise, the relay motor blower was missing! We have never had an issue with our AC or needed any major repairs done. Sure is a coincidence that the manager was wanting to change our AC filter, then that same day our AC stopped working. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

This business is probably not a good idea. Management seems nice, but I went for an oil change and they poured the oil onto my engine, instead of inside. When I brought it back to make sure it was done properly, they told me I had an oil leak. Needless to say, $130 later I find out I have no oil leak, and they poured the oil all over my engine, instead of inside.

I went to get my Oil change 3-4 days ago now my oil pump car is broken and my Car is acting up why because I was reading the paper the they gave me they added de wrong oil and this happened to my dad too . I told the guy many times 5w-20 High mileage and he added 5w-30 now who’s going to pay for my car? No one and they use vacuum to pump the oil out and my car still mark that it has Old oil inside so just be careful with this place don’t put your car in their hands !!!Josh thank u for fckd up my car

We are currently sitting in the spot as they finish our oil change, but I had to shoutout Hayden and Jonathan. They were amazing from start to finish! They explained things to us and kept us informed with what they were doing. For it to be first thing in the morning, their personalities were great from start to finish. We appreciate them and the help and service they provided today. Thank you for the awesome service!

Had the coolant flushed and not sure why the tech did but there was coolant all over the engine as well as the hood of my vehicle. I had tge engine cleaned yesterday but the smell is still coming in the vehicle. Not a good experience. He did apologize but the damage is done. I am watching to ensure that he did in fact tighten things up under the hood.
