Upon checking in we expressed that there were several issues with our room. Their maintenance man Scott came the very next morning to address our concerns and he had every thing taken care of by the end of the day. He went out of his way that day to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible ! Thanks again Scott !

Dead rat right by the entrance door.. There's no smoking allowed in the rooms or hotel but you can allow your dog to take a crap on the stairs and allow teenagers to skateboard in the hallways??♂️... Homeless people right at the back doing meth and selling meth managers doesn't care as long as you don't smoke inside the hotel.. Rooms could also possibly get searched while you're gone to work..I watched one tenant argue over a once of marijuana with the manager so he had the option to claim it with the police being called or to get out.. Rent goes up almost every other week or month...I watched the janitor also mop the hallways with a stick and hotel towel so they are definitely budget friendly ? I wouldn't even recommend a roach nor rat to rent a room there but to hell with it they already staying there.. Damn entire building smells like a roach nest... It's no better than staying under a bridge so I'd recommend I-30 West or East don't matter anyways at least the air freshener??♂️

First I want to give a shout out to "Scott Banks" in the hotel that fixes things ..First off I've been staying here for almost 3 years...I pay my rent and when I'm late I do pay my late fees I got put out my room;Because the health department was called ..Four times in a row;I went to use my restroom and while I was going;I was being pissed and doo-doo on me coming from up above my toilet....Tanisha the manager kept telling me to record it and she will send someone to fix it ..However they tried they best to fix it but it kept happening and she would not move me into another room and wanted me to stay in the room;But I couldn't use the restroom because it was still leaking...I called her Boss and left a message twice as she told me to do ..She said go through proper protocol and I did ...Then amagine walking into your restroom and you trip and almost go face first into the wall and break off your big toe nail because you have told the manager that it needs fixed...
Rooms: Well they will give you a mattress that was was already going to throw outside;While putting a new bed inside of a room and charging a $50 deposit on new comers..Room 138 that I used to stay in had water coming from the upstairs bathtub into my bath tub and if you plugged something up;One side of the room goes dark and we have been electrocuted several times just trying to charge our phones And the mold is very terrible...And they have bugs and roaches really bad..
Safety: No it's not safe because they walk inside your room at times even if your rent is paid.The manager will stand beside your door sniffing just to see if your smoking in the room ..she told us not to smoke in the rooms;We didn't She told us to go to a back table and smoke and then got rid of it.....And told us we couldn't no longer sit out and talk to our friends...If you are African;She will let you go a week or two without paying rent;But if not;She will lock you out your room for owing $3 to $5 on rent ...She say you can't stay and work there .Everybody that works here stays here....Don't use your credit card;Because they will steal your money or double charge you ..Beware of your rent going up several times a month;But you can't use the pool that they have advertised and no to the weight room that has many boxes in it ...There will always be an excuse to why your rent up;But you don't get the services your supposed to get

Do not book a room for this location. The place may look alright buts really not. The room randomly has roaches and other bugs coming somewhere from the walls. The beds aren't comfortable to sleep on, who knows if the sheets were actually cleaned and changed out. The walls are thin, you can clearly hear the next room. The guy at the front desk couldn't do much of anything. The place has to be infested with so many bugs crawling around.
For anyone else if you decide to get a room an see that it's affordable, Don't do it, take your money to another place

Made my reservation, when checking in I was charged more than the reservation price. When I asked about the difference, I'm told it's a linen charge of $2.70/day. So they "refunded" me, meaning I have a credit on the room for $70+. Had I known of this charge I would have declined it and not been charged in the first place. Also when I was checked in, they created a new reservation instead of checking me in under my reservation, so I'm not accumulating my points. It is a fairly quiet hotel. I did have to completely clean the room upon check in, maybe I have unrealistic expectations, but it didn't seem clean to me. The pool is not open and hasn't been for the entire time we've been here, because of disability signs, which should have been gotten by now. There is a bit of a bug problem that needs rectified ( roaches and water bugs) they do not have coffee makers in the room as the website says, and the rooms do not have any kind of cooking utensils or dishes.

Scott Banks is the BEST maintenance man here!! Without him nothing would get done. The staff at the front desk is very nice and can only do so much. As far as the rest of the hotel I can not and will not give a good review.
Some drunk guy tried to force himself into my room and wouldn't leave until I called the cops ..

Management is horrible, stacking up absurd charges and constantly raising prices. Would NOT recommend whatsoever, would almost rather stay out on the streets, jesus christ.

Pls don't book there.its horrible place smell so bad all over the place dog barking sound also they will not clean . If we need toilet tissue they will charge extra omg I never seen this much of disgusting hotel.bugs so bad.even in the elevator inside also bad smell.they are charging from us like 3 star hotel .I cant eat from inside the hotel coz of smell bad .they don't give bathrooms towel if I asked for just clean bathrooms they said that they only clean 2 weeks after.pls don't .there is lots of hotel u can check anywhere.

Absolutely the worst, from roaches bed bugs and an extremely toxic environment! Drugs addicts galore roaming through the halls and hang out in back of hotel.
The lobby clerk was extremely rude!
Perfect place for an apocalypse movie!
Safety: High Crime area!

This is a great place as an extended stay to see the local Police and Fire departments in action on a daily basis. Many unadvertised amenities like gun shootings inside the hotel, local weed supplier and hangout, and so many homeless and undesirables wandering the halls. You never have to worry about clean sheets because even when you ask management for room service....they never come. You never have to worry about management troubling you as they care more about protecting the non residents that wander outside the hotel instead of a paying guest !!!!! I don't know who ever thought the manager knows her job, but they might wish to reconsider that idea. My advice to anyone considering to stay here.....is DONT !!!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY OR HEADACHES TO BE HERE.

I enjoyed my stay, the pond in the back was a peace of mind, the location was awesome at a convenient and only 15 mins away from DFW airport. I've read bad reviews on Bonnie at the front desk, but she was nothing but helpful to me. Their manager Tuneica and front desk Addie was a pleasure to meet as well making my stay more comfortable. FYI the building is being remodeled as I witnessed during my stay. Housekeeping only comes bi-weekly here, but I was able to borrow cleaning supplies that I made sure to return quickly during my stay which was no problem for me since I appreciate my privacy.

Please for the love of god NEVER stay here. My boyfriend drove in from out of town and booked this hotel from another website and the way they advertise is NOTHING like what is given. The staff had to check which rooms were clean and said “well this one has coke cans and pizza boxes everywhere but it’s pretty much clean”. Roaches all in the room. Stains everywhere and on everything. Almost everything is broken. You just feel absolutely disgusting within the first second that you step into this hotel. This place needs to be shut down and burned. My boyfriend left immediately.
