My move was out of Maryland. I specifically want to write a 5 star review for TX location and say a huge thank you to Cindy G. for coordinating and taking care of my move. There are a lot of bad reviews about Suburban relocation systems. My experience has been different. Its definitely a stressful process however it all worked out ok, nothing broken or stolen. Overall the movers were professional and efficient.

Terrible experience with this company. They lost one of my boxes, damaged my furniture and left without assembling my furniture. It took me weeks to talk to a claim representative and they gave me no answer.

Amazing service I received. They were very punctual both in pickup and delivery. Rather they delivered even before the time that was committed. Also no damage to any of my goods. Cindy the owner is very polite and manages the service very well. I recommend to all to try the service. I also got ton know through I close friend of mine.

Stay away from them. They gave one quote (after seeing pictures of all the stuff) and the day of the move increased the price significantly because they knew we had no other option. Day of the delivery, driver harassed me to make the full payment before unloading the stuff.

After a couple of days, I decided to move with a moving truck instead of using their services.
I was told that I could cancel anytime before the move and would get a full refund of my deposit. I cancelled in writing as required and also called .I was told it should only take a couple of days to get the money refunded back to my credit card. After 2 weeks, no refund. I called the company 3 times and was told on each occasion that it would be handled immediately and the money would be refunded. Although the person I spoke to on the phone was responsive and nice, I still have not received my deposit of $199.00 and it's been over a month. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. do not pay the deposit unless you are absolutely sure you will use this company.

This is the WORST moving company I have EVER used. They cheated me out of money. Told me it was one price, then raised it when they got to the storage unit, which I understood as we added a washer and dryer, but then. They presented me with paperwork after all was loaded and it was another $800 higher. So at this point, what are they going to do, but either unload it. If they unloaded it, they already had 75% of my money and it would cost to have had them show up and load. Also, if they unloaded, I would be out my airline ticket to Denver to be there on the other end. Basically they had me over a barrel. They refused to help in any way and I ended up paying more than double the original quote so they would give me my furniture on the back end. They use other movers, and the movers themselves where nice and SO apologetic, but Jason and Mat are scam artists.

My move from Dallas to LA with Suburban Relocators was a breeze. Catherine Cole worked with me on a very short notice, was always very prompt to answer emails or calls, and was very thorough and detailed with the estimating process. I was very happy that they offer 30 days storage with the estimate since at the time of my move I hadn't found a place to live yet. Once I gave them the move-in date, my stuff arrived in great condition within a week (my stuff was stored in Dallas).

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !! BEWARE OF THEM !! Please do not trust your household goods with this Company they talk friendly and then ruin your stuff . Everything they say is totally a lie. They will show as professional movers. Behold they will surprise you when you are not ready. I had an experience , when my husband got an offer for a job and decided to move to Seattle Wa. A lady named 'Cindy' came to our home first to give us an estimate by looking at our stuff. She was acting very polite. Gave us a rate and also informed how our stuff was insured by thier Super Insurance Company. Incase if things broke or damaged while transported. We trusted her and signed the agreement with her. Now starts the nightmare ! we reach our state of New residence and asked for date of arrival the lady Cindy vanished , left voicemails , text messages , emails etc. Finally after much trying we received some response preparing us for a delay of 15days first then another week. We had no choice but to wait....then after 3weeks our truck arrives and the movers damage our entrance door and we see some of the furniture damaged . When we complain they tell us to take picture and claim it from the Insurance Dept and we should be taken care of . Totally lied I called them and the lady there tells me to send all docs to them and within 7 days they will inform me about my stuff damage loss. I call after 2 weeks to talk to a lady so rude!! first she tells me she does not have the docs then she says oh its here and not filled out completely then she yells at me for nothing ! I sent the form again after great frustration this time I overnighted thru fedex and requested Signed by receiver. I got the update and when I called again they yelled at me again !! its been 2 months now and believe it no one got back to us for our damaged furniture and broken stuff !! We had so many choices and we gave our business to them !! this is what we got back from them shouts ,yells ,frustration and no damage loss money back or even accountability ! No one took the responsibility ! so do not give them your hard earned money and trust them Please if you want to remain sane while moving !!! Frustrated Client !

BEWARE!!!! I have called this company over 30 times. No one will return my calls. They have all my things and still haven't delivered them to me. It is well over the 21 days that they promised. No one will return my emails or calls. I'm starting to believe this company is a scam. I cannot get in contact with anyone to save my life! They don't even deserve 1 star

These 5 star reviews are fake. The company do not answer the phone after they come and pick up your things. My stuff still hasn't been delivered and it is WAY past 21 days. They won't answer, they won't call me back. I have no idea were my things are or even an estimate as to when they will be here. This company is a scam. They were suppose to come yesterday but NO CALL NO SHOW NO NOTHING!!!!!!! I have no clue what is going on. Soon as you pay you don't hear from them!!!! I STRONGLY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! they deserve 0 stars.
