I have rented here for a while and I have to say that RW, the manager, is fantastic. He is always so attentive and aware of any issues before they come up. I have been so impressed by his friendliness and customer service and he goes out of his way to say hi to me everytime I'm here. We need more people in this world like RW.Thanks SteelCreek and RW.

I’ve been a unit renter for over a year now and I must say the best rental units ever! Most thankful for Mr. Ralph he’s always on top of everything when it comes to the units but most importantly the customers. Speaks every time he’s sees me and ask me if I need help with anything. If he doesn’t see me in awhile he checks on me when he does. Thank you Mr. Ralph for all your help!

I don't rent storage very often but when I do, I go to steel creek storage. I first rented from them back in 2019 and I just got a storage unit today. To be honest, the main reason why I come back to steel creek is because of Ralph. He is such a friendly genuine guy and he explains the process of renting a unit thoroughly and with ease. He even remembered me and I haven't been back in at least a year. I don't even bother looking for other other storage facilities. Ralph will always get my business.

I have two units at the steel creek in Lewisville for approximately 7years, I have always had the pleasure of working with the gentlemen named Ralph on the property. I believe he's the manager, and he's always made sure that The units were always well maintained and pest free. Highly recommend this facility if you get a chance, ask for Ralph.
