The Front office manager, Tertanya, had the most efficient check in process that I’ve seen. I appreciated her not wasting any of my time! The room was comfortable and the hotel location is very convenient!

First time to stay at this hotel. I’ll be sure to come back. Great staff at front desk and made me feel super welcome. I travel a lot and finding places I like to be at is really nice.

The hotel and staff is nice and professional. It's conveniently located right off the highway (I-35 and hwy 121) near Ridgemar Mall. The room was clean and spacious.

No hot water. No wifi. When I was unable to connect to any of the three WiFi networks, the front desk clerk told me, all in the same convoluted conversation: my laptop was the problem, the wifi doesn’t work with all laptops, I was the only one in the hotel who couldn’t connect, the WiFi was down and there was a technician coming, I’ll have to sit in the lobby to get WiFi. The manager wasn’t there. After 50 minutes on the phone with Marriott customer service, the result is they are powerless to do anything when a property does not “respond properly.”

I've stayed here twice and the first time was great. I had no complaints at all. This last time was extremely disappointing. I got to my room with a pillow top bed and extra fluffy pillows just to lay down and find a bug crawling on my pillow. The lady was very apologetic and gave me another room. Got to the room and it was a regular bed with basic pillows. I'd been traveling and extremely tired so I checked for bugs and went to sleep. The next morning I got up and noticed spots on my sheets that I didn't see under their lights but with the sunlight. I was disgusted. I waited on room service so I could request a change of sheets but they never came. On my way out for the day I went to the front desk to request a change of sheets. I was told verbatim by the young black female SUPERVISOR "we change sheets every 3 days but I can have room service bring fresh sheets to your room". I'm thinking she meant they'd change them! I come back to my room hrs later to find sheets left for me to change my own bed. So now I'm not in a room equal to my original room due to bugs and my back is aching from the mattress, sheets are nasty, I'm left to change my own sheets, and I found out from another employee while leaving at 3am due to disgust with the lack of sleep and cleanliness that she was wrong and that's not how things work there. I was told she should have had my sheets changed upon request. Horrible experience and waste of money here. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL anymore! Marriott hasn't offered any form of incentive for their horrible customer service.

We had to wait two hours after our check-in time. After the first night, we woke up to a soked carpet under the A/C unit. we changed rooms and had no water in the whole building from 9am -9:30pm due to the plumbing being repaired. One of the front counter clerks had no knowledge of anything I asked about the hotel. No help at all. Breakfast was good. The other staff were good. Things went well after three days there on our week visit.

Watch your cc Charges they dont seem to be accurate. took 3 months to reverse a charge that wasnt supposed to be charged for. Management seemed to give run around.

Large rooms, newer hotel, good amenities, and great location to get to Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, or DFW airport. The breakfast was fine and staff was very helpful.

GM happened to be at the front desk and it was evident that she runs a tight ship with customer servive being at the top of the list. Everyone was pleasent, professional and friendly right down to the housekeeping staff. Would definately recommend and will stay here whenever we are in town!

Oh my God, this place was Da Bomb, we're on vacation for my granddaughters birthday, we stopped here on our way to San Antonio and it was great, the room was real nice, no hair in the restrooms, no trash on the floors, the beds were very comfortable, Thank Y'all.

My family & I had a an amazing experience at this hotel. As a frequent traveler this hotel from staff to service was top notched. Our experience started with the gentleman at the front desk Bruce, let me just say the level of customer service that he showed was top notch. He was extremely friendly & professional. He addressed all of our needs & concerns in such a pleasant way. The next day we experienced an issue with our current room however the GM Veronica jumped right in & corrected the issue, she even went far & beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the changes. Between those 2 individuals I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Because Im an honest person I will say if they can improve in anything it would be the staff that handles the breakfast.
