I was looking for an FFL when Tom's name came up in Lewisville, as I live in Irving. Tom was a genuine, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable person to talk to. I also bought a product from Tom, and being my FFL, he accepted my other purchase. Tom is the man if you want to buy or need an FFL.

Was having a very hard time locating a particular high end pistol due to a problem at the manufacturer. I was getting the run around from the customer service department about when it would be available again. They were saying it was available but the distributors said it wasn't. Classic left hand right hand syndrome. Out of desperation, I contacted the last dealer on the manufacturer's iist for this area even thought it was quite a way from my personal area. Low and behold, while Tom did not have one on hand, he had two coming from the manufacturer in a couple of weeks. I immediately asked him to hold one for me as soon as they arrived, which he did. After over a month of looking and making phone calls, I finally had my pistol. What was even better, he beat what had been my best price by over $40. Tom at Sporting Arms, went out of his way to solve my problem and did it in a personable and professional manner while sitll giving me the best price in the DFW area. It was well worth the extra miles to drive to get the best deal in town.
