We came here for a quick cut for my toddler and we were instantly greeted by Sarah who was so rude you couldn’t even bother to ask her a question without getting attitude and looked at us up and down instead of answering my husbands simple question if they had availability.
Also, Sarah didn’t want my husband to be next to my child but kept complaining to my toddler that she is scared that he’s moving too much. He’s 3 years old and we are always next to him to ensure he stays still to avoid accidents.
Sloppy hair cut overall and nothing was even at all on the sides. Worst place ever!

I was just at this location in which the customer before me was rude to the stylist when she explained an upcharge for a service he requested. She handled it with professionalism and did ot let it ruin her day even though he was extremely rude. Shonda did a great job with my hair and created a great experience by talki.g and joking. I would definitely recommend her and would return to her the next time I am in town.

No wonder this place closed down for a while, I needed a hair cut every sports clips cuts my hair with a razor on the side no extra charge this place said they would charge me to do extra, I said extra for a hair cut she said it’s policy I said I’ll go somewhere where it’s not, lost a 19 year customer!! Good job! Probably cause I am white!

Just got a haircut and the young lady that cut my hair was rude and unfriendly. I showed her a picture of what I would like to be done and was explaining what I was showing and she seemed annoyed that I did that. She rushed my haircut didn’t ask if I wanted it washed or even try to upsell the mvp which I always get! That last time I was at this location I had Angel and she was fantastic! But the young lady I had today was not!

f i could give 0 stars i would. person cutting my hair clearly did not know what she was doing. gave me the wrong haircut . i asked specifically what i wanted but got entirely something else. my ear got burned as she was passing the blow dryer . she burned several spots too. i asked her how much i would get charged before hand and then later ended up charging me more. I kept asking her if she was doing what i told her and she kept cutting more and more . she ended up cutting my hair really short and completely did the opposite of what i told her to do . Haircut IS BAD , everything she did either burned my head or my ear , and then charged more than what she asked and to top it all of ... they made me come back to the store after it supposedly didn't go through and made me manually input my card info because it didn't work once. i wont be coming here again . i appreciate the lady at LEAST trying to do her best but she should get her skills checked for she didn't know what she was doing. 0 stars!

Worst ever experience to go to this place.the barber lady was soooo rude and unprofessional I was asking her to do something which I felt wasn't right she said get out of here your cutting is free so don't want to do anything now I was shocked that someone talk like this I will suggest everybody not to go there they very unprofessional
