Leslie!! You are the worst person to be doing haircuts please quit your job !! just avoid her at all costs she is rough as hell. She was clearly racist to start off with on top of that she was joking with her coworker that she s gonna sell me one those shampoos they had on display. I denied buying it twice and then she totally forgot that I had asked for a hair wash after the cut, she just got the apron out of me and did 0 cleaning post that and walked me to the checkout. 25 bucks for all of these.
I asked for a scissor cut to which she clearly seemed unhappy then the cut i had asked for was 1 inch off all the way , she left 1 inch of hair all the way i clearly had over 3 inches of hair. I have a couple of bleeds on my hair after the way she combed.
Avoid Leslie at all costs, and to her coworkers who are putting up with her behavior should also be liable.
She is very pushy and doesnt give you a chance to say that her haircuts are bad rushes everything.

Just had the best haircut experience I've ever had at Sports Clips thanks to Stephanie. She was very courteous and had a super attitude. Excellent customer service. I'll be back!

Went in on a whim Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. Leslie was standing at the counter when I walked in and offered me a warm greeting and took me back immediately. She remembered what I did on my hair last time and was personable as always! Definitely come back to her going forward.
Stylist: Leslie has done my hair three times now and is definitely the best stylist they have. I regret telling you this because now she’s going to be busy! I get first dibs no matter what!

I've been getting my haircuts from Stephanie for a while now, and I can confidently say she is the queen of fading! Every single time I visit, I get the same flawless result. Had a free MVP coupon so decided to take my 82 year old Dad to Sportsclip in Lewisville. Leslie saw the coupon and started acting weird. She then tells me that the MVP does not include a haircut, which was laughable because I am at a hair salon! She asks her colleague who confirms that it includes a haircut. I tell her I called yesterday to confirm and it’s also written on the coupon. She then gets rude and says “I can read” - then she calls her manager who also confirms that it includes a haircut. She comes back to the counter, back towards me, whispering something to her colleague who keeps saying I don’t have a problem. She turns to me and says Kelly will take care of you as I need to go. She goes inside and comes back outside to take two more customers. I have no idea why she refused to give us the service we came for. Extremely disrespectful. Kelly was good but I am never coming back. Leslie needs to learn basic manners and how to treat customers!
Stylist: Leslie was extremely disrespectful. I wish her manager had been on site so that I could have complained about the treatment we got.

This visit was my third time having my hair cut by Leslie, and I can confidently say I'll be requesting her again! Her work is always quick and precise, and has me walking out the door feeling satisfied and confident. She's a pleasure to talk with and makes the experience memorable and fun!
