I’ve been a client with spectrum for about two years and I came to upgrade my services and they treated me excellent in this location. I forgot the name of who helped me out but she was very polite, carefully listened to any question I had and answered all of my questions in detail so I could understand. I got my upgraded equipment and they even showed me how to setup everything even though they didn’t have to plus instructions came in box. I appreciate the customer service here and recommend anyone coming to this location.

The best place to get all the questions answered. Truth to be said the customer care on call is not great at all. I ordered or purchased wifi from them and the lady got all the details wrong and dint confirm with me before putting it up. So i had to call the customer care number where they blatantly told me go the store we dont have answers. My man Raul helped me with correcting my data and getting my account right. Glad that i went to the store

I have been a customer for some time and the truth is that the staff is very attentive and courteous, yes you will need to be served by someone who speaks Spanish there you will find them very friendly I am satisfied with the service

Tametra and staff were amazing. We recently signed up for Spectrum Internet at a secondary home, and received the free mobile line. Where I live we don't have a Spectrum, so while I was on vacation in Texas I stopped in to work on getting all of our lines moved over. Verizon (our current carrier) did not make it easy, and Tametra helped walk us thru it and made sure we got the most of our phones and made sure I knew what was going on. They also had a great deal to payoff an existing phone if you ported over 3 lines (as I did Now that's all I'm waiting on JUST WAITING ON YOU NOW SPECTRUM!!!!). They gave me what I needed to get that submitted. The best part was we were in and out of the store 3 or 4 times as I had to get my wife and kids in and she always smiled. Tee was great as well! Thanks again Tametra & Tee for all your help!

My son was here from out of state and decided he would get new phones for his family while here. I had some things to change over so we headed to the Lewisville store. Tametra met us at the door and took care of everything we needed. Friendly, professional, above and beyond to help us get what we needed. We came back a 2nd day so his kids could pick out their phones. She was amazing. Tametra and Tee helped me with what I needed and Tee was just as helpful and friendly. Thank you to these two for such a great experience.

We have scheduled outages every week, but despite Spectrum struggling to provide service, our price has still increased steadily.
It's hit a point where we've decided to reach out to Frontier now and found we'll save money by switching.

Since last Tuesday, my Spectrum connection has been completely out of service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer support, I have received nothing but poor assistance and lackluster responses. It's been incredibly frustrating to deal with such terrible customer support, especially when I rely on my internet connection for work and daily activities.This is not the first time I've experienced issues with Spectrum. Every time there is a storm, the service goes off, leaving me without internet for hours, sometimes even days. It’s disheartening to see that a company of this size can't ensure a stable connection during inclement weather. The unreliability of their service has caused significant inconvenience and stress.As a paying customer, I expected much better service and support. Unfortunately, Spectrum has failed to meet even the basic expectations of providing a stable internet connection and responsive customer support. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid such frustrating experiences for other customers in the future.

Made an 11am reservation on Memorial Day. Walked in around 10:50, explained my issue, got my new equipment and was out by 11. Quick service and friendly employee.

Worst service provider in Lewisville area. 7-8 hr outages during day time and 4 times a week, it’s hard to work from home with this network.
