I found I visited this place about 3 years ago. I came to return a device. There all 3 staffs were all busy. I am waiting more than 30 minutes to return a device.

“This fast-service store in Plano was excellent. I really appreciated the quick help from Samira (apologies if I spelled the name wrong). We walked in at 5:50 PM and were already done by 5:55 PM. Amazing service!”

Osvaldo made adding phone lines and upgrading our services super easy! He was friendly, quick, and explained everything clearly. We left with everything set up and zero stress. Thanks Osvaldo, for the great experience!

With respect to other negative reviews at this store, if you want to have great service and making sure your needs are taken care of promptly and professionally, ask for Osvaldo. He is AWESOME. I was here to return the equipments and he was polite the whole time. He even checked the equipment to make sure everything is recorded in the system. He also emailed me the return receipt. But do check before you leave the store. Or else you can ask for a paper receipt. I would definitely come to this location and ask for Osvaldo if I ever need Spectrum again. Great job Osvaldo.
I just moved into an apartment where I am literally forced to have internet and I cannot opt out of it. The coincidence thing is that it is also Spectrum internet where the apartment complex have contract with. And now I am “forced” to pay 3 times what I used to have for my internet. Anyways, I came back to this location again to look for Osvaldo in getting the equipment for my internet. He was off and another staff assisted me. His name is Giuliano C. I am giving Guiliano 5 stars. He was polite and professional. Greeted me with a smile when I walked in and never even brushed me off when I asked for Osvaldo. Giuliano helped me with everything to collect my equipment. He is knowledgeable and just has the great customer service personality.
So now I have 2 great experience at this location, all because of Osvaldo and Giuliano C. Great job guys. I really hope the other Spectrum staff can learn from both of you.
I would say, Spectrum headquarter’s executive management should reflect both employees’ professionalism to the rest of your company. Spectrum doesn’t have good reviews and all starts with the frontline, your retail employees. But if the executives are just to sit there and collect your salary, then you are going to lose more customers in this competitive world now. Everything starts from the top. As the saying goes, The tone at the top sets the tone for the rest of the organization.

Went in to turn in our cable box to save some money. We asked about options to save and their only response was to say if we switched to add our phones we could save some money. I guess that's the best they can do for loyal customers of 3 years loyalty.
I'm looking at other options needless to say.

Spectrum online technician put us in for a simple swap of modem and router. Husband picked up and we set up ....not working called & rebooted finally a tech had to come out stayed over 2 hours to realize they(the walk in store) did not do their job correctly they did not put in the new equipment information for our service to be activated. Just took old equipment and handed new equipment big waste of our time and the tech that came out here.

I went there to swap my cable boxes for the Xumo Streaming boxes and they gave me an xumo box and lied to my face telling me I had to call and get it activated. I get home and call to activate the box and the tech guy told me that it was unregistered and that’s something they had to do at the store. I cannot understand why they would do that and waste my time. The photo is a picture of the serial number of the unregistered box they gave me.

Big T did a PHENOMENAL job
She took great care of us.
She encouraged new guests to sign in and also made sure the team took care of a guest that did not sign in.
Very impressed with the service at this location.
