Horrible customer service on both ends of the store and they don’t greet, they don’t do returns/exchanges on items that are not even 100% authentic merchandise. Called and went to the store just for the store manager to try and offer me a lousy 10% off the same item that was fake. Which was a pathetic attempt to get me off the phone vs rectify the situation as store management should. both SM and Assistant SM need to be retrained and I would like DM to oversee it. A $25 product wasted.

This place sold me broken vapes and did not take it back or exchange it when I reported, I had to report fraud transaction with my credit card company. the price of the products are expensive too. Go somewhere else.

Bought a disposable. Walked outside opened it to see it was empty. Walked back into the store and was told since I walked out the door( not even leaving the parking lot) there was nothing that could be done, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Bought a hookah set and they missed a piece in it. Asked me to come at 5 to meet the manager 3 times. Not sure y i have to go back and forth so many times for a small piece. I even offered to buy it. This is really bad service. I got the piece at glass house for 5 bucks and they were super helpful in finding the piece.

Vapes are fake dont buy them because she will accuse you of trying to return a used one. Bought mine just to throw it away never again.

Security guard was the rudest person i have ever come across. I used the hand sanitzer as asked. He then had a bunch of attiude and i could hear him complaining about this fing white boy. The he decided to walk around be balling his fist as if he wanted to fight me. But the lady behind the counter was nice but the rest of the customer experience was atrocious!! Because of his actions i will never purchase anything here again and will tell everyone i come accross about this event this evening.
