Tim was great help. He was very informative, not pushy, and answered all my questions with no issues. Tim was very helpful on getting me the best price he could and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also very relaxed and not wishing we would just hurry up he was very patient with us. I would recommend him for any looking for a mattress.

Tim was a very good sales rep… honest, considered my needs & did not try to sell me a much more expensive product than I needed or wanted. No pressure salesman. Very thorough explanations & detail oriented so that I felt totally informed.

Had a very good experience with Tim at this location. He used a machine to show me what kind of mattress would be perfect for me and sold the appropriate mattress to me at a very good price without any sales pressure.
I would highly recommend Tim, who is a credit to his organization, and this particular location where he works.

Tim was knowledgeable and was willing to answer questions without trying to be pushy or applying pressure for us to make a purchase. He was personable and friendly and was genuinely interested in our need for a better mattress. Also he was willing to work with us to get a good deal. I left feeling good about our purchase.

Tim was very helpful in helping me find the mattress I was looking for he elaborated on basically everything and made it very easy to understand once it came to paying for it, he broke down the total bit by bit. although I would ask several questions he remained patient and thorough when explaining. ultimately a great experience.
