Awful. They kept the car over a week longer to fix it than they said because they kept having to “wait on parts” and then they didn’t even fix it right. The passenger door window was so messed up it wouldn’t go back up once rolled down. We are waiting on YET ANOTHER part AND the “fix” they gave us in the meantime is not actually a fix because the window isn’t properly sealed. They won’t give us a rental because “none are available”…really?! In all Denton county?!I will NEVER use them again. NEVER.Service: Body & Trim

I had an accident on President George Bush Toll Road at dusk after hitting debris that fell out of a pick up truck in front of me. The accident resulted in extensive damage to my vehicle. NTTA was no help to me because there were no other vehicles involved and no injuries of people reported. My insurance company recommended Service King for authorized repairs and lifetime warranty for as long as I own my vehicle. The employees at the Jones location in Lewisville went above and beyond for me. They are excellent with their communications skills and provide 5 star customer service. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work or repairs especially if an insurance claim is involved. Special Thank you to Steve, Santiago, and Timothy for making my vehicle look like it had never been involved in an accident.Services: Tires

I got some damage to my car from a tire rolling down the road at 50 mph. It put a fair scar on my little yellow convertible, and because it's almost 20 years old - I was afraid parts would be impossible to find. Service King did a GREAT JOB, with repairs and a perfect paint match. They even vacuumed out the inside. Great Business.Services: Body & Trim

I called them today to schedule an appointment for my vehicle to get an estimate. Wow I see now why they only have 4 stars!!! I will definitely contact my insurance company that they have a contract with USAA and let them know how rude this place was and I refuse to be just another number when I get service!!! If they are this rude what happens if you have issues with the repairs that this so called place of business offers when they don't have a Client and business relationship to begin with!!! This is why I refuse to go to Caliber Collision!!! I thought that I would try this place. NOT ANYMORE!! They should get a half a star I would definitely give the person I talked to a negative 10 stars!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Let me start by saying, we got a quote and then didn’t need the car for a week. We scheduled and dropped off the car. When we called to check on the car they said it was in tear down but they didn’t know why we had even brought it here because they only work with dealers. Why even give an estimate if that’s the case? They then proceeded to tell us they had no idea when the part would be available it could be two days or two months. Why exactly would you take a car apart without telling us this? We ask them to put the car together so we can pick it up since they refused to give us a timeframe on the part. They were mad that we asked them to put the car back together and left several parts in the trunk. It is basically not driveable. The GM also got into a yelling match with us and is an instigator. All that being said, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen and if this is how you treat customers you really don’t deserve to have any.Service: Body & Trim

Wonderful techs and customer service who always updated frequently and answered any questions I had. They did an amazing job on my sentra making her look like a new car after my collision! Would recommend for any repairs you need, they will get the job done and then some.

Our truck was hit and run at our apartment complex this month. Our insurance company sent us to Service King. They were excellent in keeping us informed of all that was going on with the repairs, and repairs were done well. Highly recommend them for any auto repair service neeed.

This location is absolutely amazing. They were so kind and informative about the process. They updated me at least 3 times a week. Everything from their friendly staff to the amazing body work they completed is total satisfaction. They also cleaned my car out for me upon pick up. went in to get a quote. Received a quote back in a timely fashion... However, nothing was accurate on the quote (neither the actual parts that would be required, nor the price of the parts required). This was probably because no detailed comments were provided on the "image report" sent to the estimator. I called to have a discussion about the estimate to try to understand why the price of the parts was so high and why parts listed on the estimated were not parts necessary as I already explained before getting the estimate. The store manager Justin Weatherall was extremely unprofessional, refused to provide any of the information I was requesting, was disrespectful to me, and immediately told me to go somewhere else.Justin doesnt want to explain his quotes, Justin doesnt want to be a business professional, Justin doesnt want your business.

Hands down, 10/10.. Everyone was so helpful from drop off, to pick up! It was so easy to work with you guys and trust that everything would go smooth. As an insurance agent, I know full and well, first hand, what a nightmare a claims process can be, and this was SOO far from that. Even having my deductible updated from collision to uninsured motorist was like the simplest thing ever. (And I know that it can be like pulling teeth adjusting deductibles sometimes) You guys are a great team with great customer service! I will recommend your location to anyone I can!
