It is very good company I always buy my shoes from them but i came to SAS this time it was the worst time I visited . the ladies there was so weird and she's not helping anyone . My order lost and she doesn't know where is it and i can't track it . It was very bad

The staff was very rude here. The woman working, Victoria, kept saying that we are the customers so we could choose but would also refuse to let us choose the shoes we wanted to. She ran towards us and made a comment about how we needed her help because we didn’t know what we were doing when she noticed that we were trying to choose which shoes to try and kept making very condescending comments towards my grandmother. She was very rude and made our shopping experience unpleasant.

took my mom here to buy shoes because it was recommended by her doctor to get a good pair of SAS shoes. The staff was so friendly and was patient in finding a good pair of shoes. She wasn't rushed and took the time to help her put the shoes on. Did not pressure her into buying the shoes. The shoes are not cheap! I wonder what is it about these shoes that make people want to buy an expensive shoe. Shoes fit great and mom is a happy camper!

SAS shoes have a long tradition in Texas for quality leather products; mostly shoes, but also purses, sandals, belts. I have one old pair of SAS SHOES that is twenty years old - and still fairly wearable. I recently bought new shoes, a dozen pair of socks, and a belt. I later had a problem with one item. They took care of it. Great place.
