Stay away from this agent. She never speaks to her clients, ignores emails and over charges you when you are not looking. I am escalating this now to the CEO of Allstate and about to change insurance carriers after 37 years, because of my experience with her. I also just discovered through preliminary research, that Allstate has been notorious for adding young drivers to your policy without your consent and they have been sued. Buyer beware.

My experience with Sarah Park: All State Insurance was great!! My agent was Ashley and she was terrific ?. I didn't have to do anything she took care of all the transactions that was needed . I would definitely recommend Sarah Park :All State Insurance to friends and family.. The dedication that they have to their clients is awesome!!!

Ashley is the best. I've been on and off with Allstate and other insurance companies just due to price changes and affordability, I switch every couple years. But best experience has always been with Ashley C from Sarah's office. She's been helping me everytime I go back for about 13 years. She's definitely an asset. Never talked with Sarah directly, but never needed to. So glad she's kept Ashley all these years. I don't live in Texas anymore, but hopefully I'll find some almost as good as Ashley with Allstate.

I highly recommend the park agency for all your is insurance needs.I have used the park agency for almost ten years! Everyone in the office is very friendly and extremely helpful. Ashley always returns my calls or emails in a timely manner usually within minutes. I really can’t say enough good stuff about the park agency. I feel like they really care about you and not just selling you insurance. They look out for you and try to save you as much money as possible. I recently reached out to speak to Sarah park herself. Sarah called me in a very timely manner and it was a good and very reassuring feeling to know I can count on my insurance agent.

I have been with Allstate for over 10 years. Sarah took over my account. There have been numerous communication issues. When I purchased my new vehicle my insurance dramatically went up. I expected an increase but not $60 a month considering I previously had full coverage and a second vehicle with liability. The $60 increase was also with removing the second vehicle. After getting much better pricing from other insurance agencies, I made the swap and contacted Sarah to cancel. I was surprised to see my next month's installment processed after discussing my cancelation with Sarah. I assume I will receive a call from her team now that I have removed my auto pay details. All I can say at this point is State Farm has been amazing. I recommend the swap.

Sarah has been my insurance provider for more than 10 years. Through that whole time, she’s taken such good care of me and all of my insurance needs: car, home, and life. She helped me get car insurance when I first bought my car, and for every incident that has happened since. When I had a car accident once, she went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met, and did the same when my car had hail damage. She also got me my home and life insurance and made sure I had the best coverage for the right price.She is so warm and caring. Anytime I reach out, she is responsive and very easy to communicate with. Just by working with me, she has taught me a lot about how to navigate insurance. It’s amazing how she makes insurance, usually a draining and frustrating matter, easy and effective.Sarah is truly the best. I cannot thank and recommend her enough.

Great my agent has always been there when i need her (Sarah Park) she answers always happy and ready to help. My prices has always been low, I know for everyone it's always different depending on ur history. But I'm on the roads safe for the low and they treat me like pay 600 a month for insurance. Trust me great Insurance company
