Santos motors helped me very much to find a reliable vehicle. Santiago and his father walked me through the whole process of purchasing my first vehicle. They didn’t try to pressure me in any way or up charge me they worked with me very much I really couldn’t recommend any lot over them they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and they even went out of there way to make sure the gas was filled when they didn’t have to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Incredibly happy with the service at Santos Motors- I went up and down that entire neighborhood to every cash dealership and even a few larger Chevy dealerships, and easily had the BEST customer experience at Santos. They were attentive in showing me their selection of vehicles and in helping me find something that fit my budget and was something I actually wanted as well. I went home in a beautiful 2008 Toyota Avalon that you could tell they took care of before selling it to me unlike most cash dealerships that will try to sell you a sketchy overpriced car that’s still filthy from the previous owner. You can tell that when they purchase vehicles at auction to sell they make sure they pick quality reliable vehicles to have on their lot. Seriously I could not recommend this family owned dealership more, their pricing is very fair.

The facilities are clean, the vehicles are clean, and the business they do is transparent. While some of the cars are on the higher-end of mileage (150K+), the cars they keep are very well maintained.Unlike other places we went to, financing options were presented and explained clearly. Vehicle reports matched 1-to-1 with information being told to us by our sales person. Overall, the buying experience was very enjoyable and I am glad to see that some small lots go against the common stereotype.This is an honest family business ran by a father and his sons and you can't go wrong shopping here.* If I had one gripe: we feel like they should have included a brand new set of tires for the vehicle given that the vehicle was paid for 100% up-front. The vehicle was also missing a spare which we felt should've been comped as well. However, I cannot leave out the fact that two of the tires were brand-new. 4/5 (will change to 5/5 if they decide to provide a spare and new set of tires at their cost).

Very thankful for Bernardo and his brother being so patient with me and my boyfriend as we bought our new to us car. We got a beautiful Rav 4 that runs drives amazing. It even has the typical Toyota purr. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and even though we didn't have the best credit or a huge down payment they were very kind to us and gave us a chance.
