I purchased Michelin tires at Sam’s. I purchased the tires a couple years ago and ended up with a flat tire. I pulled in to Sam’s with my spare tire on and was greeted by Destin and Nate. They were very professional and polite and honored the warranty. Destin and Nate had me in and out of there in fifteen minutes and did a great job. They even secured my spare tire back up under the vehicle. They made a bad situation good and I’ll always purchase our tires from Sam’s Club.

Love everything about Sam’s. The self check out. The fuel app, scan and go app. Super friendly staff. Oh, even the pizza ordering now available thru the app.

Quick and simple. MOST of the employees were friendly.and everything was stocked but some basics were completely missing. No tide pods, no "normal" chicken breasts, etc.

My parents and I had a generally pleasant experience at Sam's Club of Lewisville. Well, one of the customer service managers helped us respond and solve the problem with the joint membership card after one of us had acquired and paid for the annual membership. He helped us explain the benefits and what services we were entitled to. We did our grocery and snack shopping in a fairly comfortable place although as always it was full of people and some were not wearing their ?mask. Checkout on the express line was convenient, fast and easy. The only bad thing is that, as always, on the weekends there are long lines of cars to get gas ⛽ especially on the weekends.

Great store. Staff is very helpful and nice. Produce is always fresh.
Labeling and pricing needs to be clear. Extremely frustrating to get to check out and find out something is not the price you thought. Then to be told you have to look a the numbers on the package and the sign. Silly!

Cafe-Why would you hang the menu where it can't be seen from the cash register line? I've eaten on cleaner tables at Six Flags! Gross and dumb.

Sam’s new policy on their pizza is what makes this place suck. Previously you could order as many large pizza’s as you needed. It was great because of their price point and it made it cheap if you have to order pizzas for a party. Today I went to buy pizzas from Sam and I needed 4 large pizzas for my sons birthday party. I was told per their new policy they can only do 3 larges under 1 membership. I was quite shocked by this and upset as I needed 4 larges, not 3. So now I have to go to another place to get 1 large pizza to have enough for all my guests. It’s ridiculous. It’s stupid. It’s an inconvenience. Time to switch to costco

Unbelievable lol the manager at the cafeteria didn't let us have or purchase extra marinera sauce for our pretzels because is forbidden at this location in lewisville so ridiculous ? and funny other locations they are really nice and friendly and don't even question
