So fast and efficient! Walked in with a suspected dying battery. They got my battery test done in less than 5 minutes and then replaced my battery on the spot without any wait. Very grateful!

I went to pick up an order and just as I was ready to leave, my car dies. I was blessed by being outside Sam's tire and Battery. They came out and tested the battery and jumped it. Started but only to die again. I had AAA
battery installed, so I called them. I called them at 2:00 pm. and by 5:00. they still hasn't showed up. My cell phone was needing charged, I was hungry, hot and tired.Decided not to wait any longer and had Sam's replace it as well as the windshield wipers.They had me out about 20 minutes later. Appreciated them taking me in without an appointment.
By the way I'm a 71 year old single woman and was getting nervous over the thought of Sam's Club closing at 6:00. And one more thing?
They even came out to my car and brought me water while I was waiting in the heat.
Saved my day!

Minus 1 star for calling FIVE TIMES, as you get forwarded to a call center and the call always drops. The fourth time I asked the call center to forward me and tire & battery didn't answer. The fifth time I called the club and spoke with membership services to forward me directly to the tire & battery phone and finally had luck. Minus 1 more star for having to jump through several hoops just to schedule a battery replacement.

I’m not the type to write a review but I’m going to in this instance to help other people. As a local business owner I know how easy it is to change the time as to when you close on Google. It’s as simple as downloading the app (which sams club could do or the manager of this store or dept) and put a different closing time. It’s highly annoying when I call more than 30 minutes before closing to ask if I could come get my tire pressure checked just for the person on the phone to say “no they are about to leave.” If you are going to close 30 minutes before your listed closing time, then POST THAT. It’s ridiculous also that checking someone air is so simple that the person couldn’t take 5 mins from their day to check it. I understand this location is short staffed (which the lady said) but whose fault is that? Maybe there’s a reason they are short staffed. Maybe they get treated unfairly or are not paid enough! But sams club get it together. If you have listed hours then be open those listed hours and pay your people. If not, it’s as simple as downloading the app and saying times may vary.

From my house there are several Sam's Club locations for my family & I to choose from. Our favorite location in Grapevine is temporarily closed due to ongoing repairs after the recent tornado. Our next favorite in the one in N. Irving, but we decided today to go to our 3rd favorite in Lewisville. I say it's our 3rd favorite because it just doesn't seem to be as clean as the other Sam's Clubs, but that's not why I've written this review. I've written this review because I was very disturbed by the way two of the employees who were bring in shopping carts this morning spoke down to an elderly customer. Poor dude was simply trying to inform them that one of the carts he had just grabbed had something nasty & sticky on the handle. One employee shrugged his shoulders & the other told them poor guy they didn't have the time to deal with his problem, just get another cart & get going because they're too busy working & he ws in their way. Of course there's never a manger to be found.

DEAR Sam's Club YOUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER #6845 OFF OF 16101 THREE WIDE DRIVE IS A DRUG ORGANIZATION AT NIGHT. YOUR PACKER MARTIN EDWARDS NOT ONLY SMOKES MARIJUANA BUT ALSO SELLS IT ON PROPERTY AND SUPERVISOR TYLER AND HR NATHAN ARE AWARE & HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY NEXT STEP IS CALLING AUTHORITIES AND GETS THIS DISTRIBUTION UNDER INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES GETTING THE BLIND EYE TURNED WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. I CAN NOT WORK UNDER SUCH ODOR AND NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING AND I CAN NOT QUIT BECAUSE OF MY FAMILY WHO CAN HELP ME GET THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES INVOLVED

Customer's have to continually bring in their own carts from the parking lot. Sam's employees stand around and watch as the customers do their job for them. Lazy employees and poor management for allowing this behavior. If people don't won't to work on the clock then let them go. All they do is give you a bad reputation.

On December 18th 2021 whilst Christmas shopping enjoying our time in Texas my family and I proceeded to walk through Sam's we noticed the Sign for the Dallas cowboys shirts said small - XXL, we looked through them multiple times and there was not a small to be found (they clearly don't support women of all shapes and sizes) after that we all went to the car and I saw a women I could've swore I watched clock out when I walked in walking car to car bumming money and groceries off other people I guess y'all don't pay enough

They are closing the tire center who will maintenance tires I already have? BTW this cost them a sale on a set of tires on 11/20/21
