Christopher replaced my windshield as a brick was thrown at it in a hate crime in my condo community. He had a great attitude, was super patient especially with our neighbors asking him questions, and appears to be a hard worker. Plus, you can tell he actually likes what he does for his career. Safelite, give Christopher a raise! ? These type of employees are a rare gem in the industry

Enrique is the man! I got two windshields replaced at Frisco and both of them made a squeaky noise anytime you went above 40 mph. Enrique came out and fixed the poor job the folks at Frisco did and made my day. Whatever you’re paying Enrique you need to double. He exemplified the ideal customer experience every Safelite customer should have. Thanks again for all of your help!

Delayed my installment twice. Lied to me about ordering my windshield and then proceed to tell me they delayed my appointment because they wanted to make sure insurance would cover it when I already made it clear about other arrangements for it including paying out of pocket. I’m just trying to get the windshield fixed as soon as possible. This company just inconveniences you to make sure they can scalp your insurance company as much as they can.

Terrence my service technician did a good job of communicating with me throughout the process. Service was done in the time estimated. New windeshield looks just like old windshield. Didn't even have to leave home to get it replaced. Would reccommend their service.

I used safelite to fix the windshield on my wife's volvo. The tech asked if I mind if he used the garage because it was hot. I said no problem. He then hit the hood of the car with the overhead door some how. He assured me that safelite would take care of the damage.. I have contacted them several times and have had 2 different technicians come out on "warranty" calls. Both techs assured me the manager said he has seen the pictures and is working on getting it resolved. Here we are a year later and now no one will respond to me. I guess they assume it's too small for me to waste the time and money in small claims court. Be careful with these guys.

I originally had my front windshield replaced at my house, but it was unable to recalibrate. So, I scheduled an appointment at the shop, but the recalibration test failed again. The lead tech was very hands on and worked to solve this problem. After multiple attempts and the lead tech double checking every time, the glass recalibrated to my car and I haven’t had any problems since! All of the techs I spoke with very caring about not wasting my time and fixing the problem. Thank y’all!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible service and horrible staff. I simply took my car to them, per my insurance to replace a cracked windshield. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be a 2-3 hour repair. They called me later that day and said when they were removing my windshield, the technician accidently cut wires and my vehicle would now need to go to a repair shop. It wouldn't be ready for 2-3 days. Now I would have to go through the process of getting a rental vehicle for the week as I needed a vehicle for work. When I went to pick-up my vehicle after the repair was finished, no one at the Safelite facility apologized to me for the mistake, no one acknowledged the inconvenience it caused me for many reasons and no one wanted to really take responsibility for it. I understand mistakes happen and that isn't my frustration. My frustration is that everyone at Safelite tried to make excuses, they didn't simply apologize for the mistake, acknowledge the inconvenience to me and a manager should have come out and personally apologized to me when I picked up the vehicle. Instead, I had to ask to speak to a manager. When I did, he almost acted like they did me a favor by sending my vehicle to a repair shop to repair the damage they caused and that was their way of acknowledging the mistake. He simply said that they paid for the body shop repairs, they were able to get my vehicle back to me in three days, it was no more money out of my pocket, so I should not complain. Horrible customer service and horrible approach to the mistake that they made when I simply was bringing in the vehicle for a windshield repair. This is supposed to be a good company, but I would not recommend. This was my first and last time going to Safelite repair.

My wife had an appointment to get her front windshield replaced. We show up to the appointment and they pull the car in the shop. The tech comes to the lobby and asks us to come and take a look at something. He found a crack in the new glass that was going on the vehicle. So we drove 45min there and now we have to drive 45min back home with zero accomplished. I would think this is something that should be inspected before the appointment? Waste of time and money. Also, they left the hood on the car open.
