My mother had a scheduled appointmeant.She went in for a manicure and a full pedicure. When she came home, she said there was a new person there that didn't know what she was doing.She said she didn't do a full pedicure.Where her feet weren't scrubbed her legs weren't scrubbed or massage like normal whatever comes with what we paid for. The person tried to correct her nails.Another staff member came and tried to also correct her nails but they were still terrible. She paid $40 for the so called pedicure and left. When she came home and informed me of what happened I called the store and spoke to Sue to explain the situan informed me.That of course it was a new person and that she had even tried to fix my mother's nails but I told her they were a mess. She advised me
to have my mother come back up to the store where she did do a correct pedicure on my mother As well as do the manicure that she wanted in the beginning.

Service was over the expectations. Sue got me in. I explained to her that I had a work dinner to get to no questions she picked a great color for me and was very Professional and personal , gave me a nice surprise..love my nails Love

I went today with my mother in law to get our nails done for my wedding tomorrow, Sue did my nails and was amazing! Good service, very gentle and got exactly what I wanted.
Madelin did my mother in laws nails and she was rude, yelled at her for grabbing a brush to remove polish madelin got on her skin. My mother in law didn’t get exactly what she wanted. She wanted a neutral color and madelin made her get a more pinkish tannish color. Hope she fixes her attitude very unprofessional.

Been having Sue at Rose nails do my nails and facial care for over 20 years. She is a professional and highly skilled in nail and facial care! I would highly recommend this shop but be sure to ask for Sue. If she is full, she can direct you to another teammate but let her manage your care. You will not be disappointed.
