Robert is rude and speaks to woman like they are less than him. He chastises you if you don't do things his way. It's ok to think you are right you just don't have to be rude about it. He's clearly a "my way or the Highway" type of guy. Name calling included.

I really don't want to tell you how awesome Robert is I'd rather be selfish as he's such a busy guy! He's worked on all of our vehicles from my MINI Cooper to our Lincoln Navigator. No matter the issue he'll get to the bottom of it. He's quick, efficient and doesn't break the bank! Trust this guy to do right by you and your vehicles!

I went here for my car AC repair - they were very honest, reasonably priced and respectful. Found the exact problem with my AC and fixed it. Did not over price the repair or push for additional repairs. I am super impressed with the entire experience. Let me start by saying that they will go above and beyond for you and your family. I had just purchased a car from a dealership and in less then 2 months had issues with it.. The dealership said it would cost around 1 grand just 2 months after putting 3 grand down on it. I told them don't touch my car and I then proceeded to take my business to Robert's Automotive Repairs and boy did they take care of me! They looked into my warranty on said car that was under 29010 miles and boy was the company that sold me the car trying to mess with me. I was amazed at how quickly they fixed my car. I was originally told when I dropped my car off on Wednesday it would be prob atleast Monday before they could look at it. Friday I got a call saying it was done. I was shocked. Marti, in the office, was GREAT. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the services they were providing. I would definitely take my car back and recommend to anyone needing a good mechanic
