Rooms are cleaner and a bit nicer than expected. The front desk attendant was helpful and accommodating. Surprisingly easy check in.

Don't I mean don't stay here Manager only helps if you're Latino or Caucasian not 1 person black aka African American here pay attention people you can be from another country and treat Americans like we did something to your Culture .I asked for towels one day he acted as if I asked for a free room I'm paying customer don't stay here please maid tried to sell me someone Bag of drugs left behind I was like I don't do drugs she like me don't like I was like no ...please if you have kids don't take them here this on mylife it's nasty .beds squeak all night not from no adults business just over charging hard working minorities trying to survive...Go to motel 6 ....clean safe different diverse working here you feel happy and safe no bed bugs & Roaches all over here ....I promise I have filed discrimination against him he will get court papers asap lil racist

I went to meet a hook up they turned out to be a waste of a long drive a little nicer then other Red Roofs I’ve been in
Rooms: They have many rooms definitely a motel which means the rooms are accessible from the out side hence Motel or motor inn when Hotel Ho tel not sure where they got hotel from but hotels have interior hallway rooms don’t have access to the parking lot

My husband and I booked this room due to being close to the surgery center where he was scheduled to have surgery. We booked 2 consecutive nights. There is a bar in the front that is super shady as said in the last review. Lots of drunks and loud music. We were put in a room in the back so it didnt bother us much.The room was pretty clean over all but on the second day we left our room to head to the hospital, when the housekeeper made her rounds we were not there so she did not clean our room or give new linens. When we returned from the surgery and I noticed so I went to the front desk to ask for new linens and towels. The receptionist told me that the housekeeper should have came. I explained the situation and she stated that she can not give me towels, then agreed to 2 big towels only to dry . I then asked her for small towels and she stated no she can't give me any. I told her my husband just came out of surgery and needs to wash off of his body. She said fine I'll give you another big towel but thats it, no linens, no blankets, no face towels, no toilet paper. Being that we paid for 2 nights I was surprised by the poor hospitality. Being that we had a child with us I had to go buy blankets and wash cloths to take a shower. We love redroof and we are members but w will not be returning to this location .
Rooms: pretty clean overall
Safety: Lots of people walking around and hanging out by rooms. Sketchy.
Noteworthy details: Poor hospitality. No breakfast. Coffee bar is cheaply set up.

Friendly owner. Small rooms. Pushy housekeeping manager. Adequate but not ideal dog walking areas. If you are trying to Dave money and have a dog, it's worth a stay. Otherwise, check out other options. The connected bar/restaurant is a bit shady.

Absolute pile of garbage. Not to mention the garbage trucks(semis) reving their engines all day and night long in the adjacent parking lot. Took 30 minutes to check in. Go elsewhere

Some have mentioned bathroom could be better, some mentioned maintenance. Seriously, I could have had a 4.0 in school, been an astronaut or been president. It is a great stay, especially for the price. Great staff, friendly and helpful, best sleep I've had in many years. Mattress and pillows so very comfortable. No unwelcome pests, no odors or perfume smells trying to mask odors. THIS is the place to stay.
