Rachel was so kind in giving me directions till I got to the store for I was lost and Eric was also helpful and offering any assistance if needed with my shopping experience . Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the store being that they have so many selections and newer products/lines and a lot in stock compared to the other stores locally. Plus, they're open at 8 AM and on Saturdays that is a total win. Thanks guys!

My salon is in the same parking shopping center as this store and I still will not go there. Every time I come into this location the staff is always extremely rude… At first I thought it was just those particular staff members but I’ve been coming to this location now for two years… Not anymore I’d rather pay more or wait for an online order.

Alyssa and Rachel were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in hair dye. I went there after an associate at Sally's gave me the wrong info and I damaged hair. Great pricing, friendly helpful staff and an overall professional atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back.

Charged a card on file of mine that shouldn’t have been on file. Charged when I paid my invoices in full days prior. Do not trust this business - Erik is particularly terrible and don’t bother trying to get the owner Chad involved - they will tell you it’s not worth THEIR time to fix a customer issue. Horrible company and I have reported them to my credit bureau as well as BBB. when Eric comes to my business to sell people product he avoids me completely when he sees me. Even in the parking lot. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Poor customer service, poor human relations.

By far the rudest place I have been to !! I walked in with my classmates to purchase products NEVER have I been treated this way the lady in the front walked us out because we were in a group also told us that we could not bring our purses in there but the customers in line had there’s !! talk about discrimination my classmates n I were so disappointed in the customer service today and the fact that since we’re are colored they wanted to discriminate on our appearance smh I will never recommend or go any of the store fronts!

I stopped by, to pick up a few colors. When I went to pay, I told them I had a credit card on file. The lady went to the other room and brought back a index card, with my credit card information written on it! Then she manually entered the information, into the credit card terminal. She said the information is stored, in a safe! Well, I asked for my index card. She had to go speak to someone, in the other room. Then came back and handed it to me. If RDA handles personal information like this? I will not be doing business there, any longer! What a shame...

FYI- U would think RDA ProMart would listen and read the reviews from their customers. But they haven't improved or moved anything. In fact this is the third time they overcharged me or charge me for something I didn't even park us. Yet by the time I get back up there months of past and I forget to bring the receipt from where they charge me for stuff I didn't purchase. Then because they don't process anything but what they have on the sales rack I got charge full priceFor product that was supposed to be on sale around Christmas yet Cody told me oh you know I'll take care of it if it's a different price I'll credit your account which he didn't it blows my mind did not know what the prices are until you get up to the register and then they don't know either.

I love this store. Hands down my favorite place to shop in the Dfw area. There’s a new gentleman working with long hair and tattoos, he is the most helpful and sweet man. He helped me to my car and helped me shop. Been shopping here since hair school and will continue. Y’all are great!!!!
