Never going back to them . Worst experience with an accountant. They’re lazy , they don’t return their calls, email back & etc. definitely would recommend going elsewhere. Super unprofessional accounting firm.

I have been using these guys for a couple of years now after doing my taxes myself for many, many years. My wife and I first met with Rand and we talked regarding my mother-in-laws estate. He was very personal and offered great guidance and direction. It was like talking to an old friend (but not old as in age, just wisdom).His staff of young blokes have been nothing short of amazing as well. They are just as responsive and personable. I have been very fortunate to be working with Chance who helped us with my son's return as that knucklehead made a big mistake on his on his 2022 1040. Chance identified the issue and then filed the amendment in less than a day after information was provided.The IRS has been playing games on this amendment for almost a year now (shock) and sends this strange letter asking my son for more details. One call to Chance (and he answered) he instantly provided next steps. Mind you this was a call late on a Friday afternoon. Brilliant. I couldn't ask for more.When they say that small business is the backbone of the country this firm is a shinning example!

I have been giving Rand McMicken and associates my business since 2015 and will continue to do so based on their courteous and professional business manner. The few times I have questions or a problem comes up from the IRS they are quick to give me the correct information and how to proceed I would recommend their services to anyone for either personal use or business

it took 3 weeks to get the first appointment. they came out my office, got bank statements, etc..... that was 5 weeks ago. they wont return calls, emails, or texts. ghosted me. what the hell kind of company is this???
