As of today the diesel pumps have been running super slow for about a month. I don't have time to stand here for 20 minutes and get diesel. I have went inside and told them 3 to separate times. Nothing has been done. I tried it again today and it is super slow, so I hung up the pump and left. I will not be back. I can go to Tom Thumb and get my diesel.

I always have a wonderful experience in this store. The manager is very nice and he'll take care of you if there's an issue. This is the cleanest Race Track. I have come across. QT has their new coffee station and charges $3 for a medium regular coffee. I can still get my medium heat for $2.15 with tax. Fresh food, hot pizza, and cold drinks! Kudos to the management!

This location has sold me on RaceTrac. Before trying this store I'd pass by every RaceTrac I came across. They are always cleaning when I come in at night. It's awesome to know I can get a clean drink when I come in. Those drink dispensers can get all kinds of bacteria in them and I love I can confidently get a clean drink! That alone makes me drive across town. The restrooms are always clean too. Tried the pizza when it was almost due to be tossed and it was shockingly good for a gas station. I want to try it fresh but I'm usually too late at night for that. Staff is awesome and friendly.

Always clean and the food smells so good I always grab something.

Made a purchase ask attendant to turn on air. Said it doesn't work. A blatant lie. Since someone was using it. Sorry will never return. Do not need to be lied to.

6/14/24: It's one of those 2 weeks that no matter what you do, you get nothing done. I just bought some gas here at this Race Trac. I scanned my reward app for points. I looked to see what kind of points I have and saw that I have a free medium size drink. I felt I need a treat. So I went to the register to confirm and they said yes free drink. I had two tough weeks and just finished a meeting with a very happy customer despite two tough weeks.
All because of this Race Trac, I was able to end the 2nd week of workloads with a very happy customer.
At midnight a few days ago, I tried to stay up to finish some work even though I was tired. so I came in and got a giant cup of fresh ground coffee. The staff was helpful and pleasant. With that cup of coffee, I got some work done 7 hours later. That giant cup of coffee save the day. The work I got done that night made my customer very happy today. Winding down for the 2nd week of stress, with the offer of a free medium cup of drink, I'm going for it whatever it is. So, I went for the slush ? I never had one. I have no clue what I was doing, what cup to use, what cover for the cup that I picked, and when I pressed the handle, nothing come out. I asked the staff, who was busy, for help. He did not hesitate and came to my rescue. The slush is now working and filled the cup. I filled it way too high to the top. Embarrassingly, I stand there and sipped down as much as I can. Meanwhile, I was venting about my two weeks of getting nothing done. Joe, the staff, was patiently listened to my venting while he was refilling the dronk area.with straws. The staff that helped me the other night was at the register too, tall young man with curls and a baseball cap on. I didn't ask for his name. But knowing my favorite Race Trac has the best staff on duty gives me the peace and enjoyment of shopping in here. Thank you so much for wonderful service!! Love this Race Trac!!

RaceTrac and QT are my go to stations for gas and for my bathroom breaks. This was the first one I've visited with a nasty women's restroom. Only one stall had toilet paper and that happened to be the one the had poop on the toilet. When I brought this to an associate's attention, who was at the register without a customer, she gave me a "what do you want me to do attitude"... smh

Obviously the manager or corporate does not really care about these reviews, because it's a theme of rude employees that just keeps going on & on. To the new cashier thank you for looking up at me, putting your phone down and getting out of your chair to check me out. A verbal acknowledgment would have been nice but clearly not in your ability. I assume you were put off that a customer came in and interrupted your personal time.

The employees working at this location are straight up rude. They look at you like you are wasting their time when ringing up a customer. Most would rather talk to their coworkers than address a paying customer. I've been to this location several times and have experienced a mix of responses from the staff, but overall this location severely lacks in customer service. From now on, I'll be taking my service to QT which is just down the road.

Great and convenient gas station for filling out our moving trucks. They have gas, E-85 and diesel, and a lot drinks and snacks in the store
