I would like to say even one star is not good for the service and the fake promotion you have it say buy one get one and I told the clerk and he say it's expired so I told him ok take it down...then he got smart ....this not Wright

I felt so disrespected when leaving RaceTrac yesterday(07/04/2024). I gassed my car and asked for my final receipt and I wasn’t giving any attitude or whatever but apologized over and over if I was being frustrating but I just wanted to get my receipt. They were assuming I paid a different price for my gas but I didn’t and went back out and took a picture of it to show them when I came back in just to show clarification. The associate Xavier said he couldn’t find it and was thinking I paid differently. I’m assuming the other person next to her is the manager, but her name is BRITTANY, and she ended up finding my receipt and again, I apologized if I was being frustrating because I know it can be, but she did not once look at me, or even acknowledge me and just handed my receipt to me and gave me the nastiest attitude as if I was stirring up something which made her feel like she had to do that towards me. I was very nice and polite and kept my cool but I don’t appreciate being treated like that especially when I kept apologizing. For a manager to be treating her customers like that is unacceptable and very rude! This gas station is close to my work which is why I went there to gas and I don’t feel comfortable going there if I’m going to be getting that kind of service. I hope she is dealt with.

RaceTracuse a great selection of stuff, this is a terrific store with a grab and go for hot fresh food, the Krispy Kreme donuts, and they always have great specials on things.

The inside convenience store has a foul odor and they lack many common convenience store items. Go to the nearby 7 Eleven.

Pizza had a bone in it . Never again eating it! Told the manager, she didn't care 03/06/2024. Didn't even offer a refund. QuikTrip it is from now on

As I sit at the pump typing this, it is the worst RaceTrac in the area. The inside is always nasty. That's the staff, and store. There is never in receipt paper at the pump. And most of the time, all the pumps don't work. There are 2 sets of apartments in this area with a 3rd one being built right now. And this is the only gas station in the area. Do better!! The revenue is obviously coming but stores like this I blame on management. Do better !!
