One of the largest selection of fabrics you will find in the DFW area with popular brands like Kaffe Fassett, Tula, Moda, Tilda and Liberty. They also have a nice selection of batik fabrics, solids, holiday prints, and precuts. Huge assortment of notions, threads, books, patterns and rulers. You can get just about anything here for your quilting needs. They also offer a wide selection of classes from beginner to expert. They were very busy the day I visited and I was satisfied with the customer service.

Lovely staff…so helpful and friendly! The owner on the other hand is not. She was incredibly rude and dismissive to one of her staff in front of customers and other staff. So unprofessional and just plain unkind. Makes me not want to shop there again.

3 stars for selection, 0 stars for customer service today. I love this store as the ladies are all so helpful if you have questions, until I met the owner. When I was struggling with a question, she said…”well I own the place and I design the Kaffe section quilts…” etc. ok? I found her very short, and rude. Not what I had previously experienced, as ALL the ladies in this this have helped me through making 4 quilts. I don’t shop anywhere else. I will now. Maybe a lot of their clientele know exactly what they’re doing and don’t have questions, but I think there are a lot of people, like me, who do.

Quilt Country has a large variety of fabrics and quilting supplies including a large variety of Kaffe Fassett.Quilt Country carries a large variety of blenders, brights, seasonal, fabrics along with the ombres, darker blenders as well.They have samples hanging everywhere for you to view.They have classes and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

I have shopped at Quilt Country in Lewisville for at least 5 years and I find the staff to be knowledgeable, pleasant, and incredibly helpful every time I enter the store. Over this past summer (2023) however, I pre-purchased and paid for a Halloween quilting kit which I expected to arrive in the store sometime around the beginning of September. This was the third time I repurchased a quilting kit from the store. As with previous orders, I placed the order with the store owner (Lori) and she was the one who rang me up at the register and even wrote up the tag to go in the order book for when the kit came in. I paid $170 for this kit (with a 10% customer rewards card). On or about October 14th, I went to the store as I had not yet received a call that the kit was in. I asked the owner about the kit and she told me that she did not receive any from the vendor. I then asked her about my money and she had the audacity to look me in the face and tell me that she never takes preorder's on kits and that unless I could come up with a receipt showing that I paid her for the kit, I was out of luck. This having been the third preorder I had placed with her, I could not believe that she refused to acknowledge that she took the order as well as my money. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff that works at the Quilt Country, but I stand firm in my opinion that (Lori) the owner is dishonest and should not be trusted to do business with.

This was a great quilt store. I have quilted for years and have been to many quilt stores. This was one of the best. We were looking for fabric for a new queen quilt for my daughter. She needed shades of purples, blues, green, grays, and white. They had a huge section arranged this way. She has so much fun picking her colors. I managed to find a couple pieces for my stash, too.
