5:20pm 12/15/2023 a QT worker, white, slight build walked out of the door with a back pack on and allowed the door to slam into this grandma of 5’s face.The man at the counter was nice.

This would be a five, and this pertains to all locations. First; Love the grilled cheese blt. Can't say enough good things about it. Really good, and just good for a gas station/ convenience store good. It's just good. Really good. AND, it's good no matter what location.. Secondly, please discontinue the clearly mandatory policy of having EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE robotically use the the same phrase, " See you next time". It is more than sufficient for them to be simply, courteous, respectful and pleasant. The parroting of that phrase is creepily Orwellian, and judging by the absolute compliance I've witnessed over an extended period of time and across multiple locations it must be absolutely mandatory. Not that I really require authenticity or sincerity from any of my convenience store interactions, but this behavior is clearly neither authentic nor sincere, and, perhaps more importantly, it does nothing to make me want to come back. Really. Nothing. I cringe every time I hear it, which unfortunately, is EVERY time I enter and leave a QT. My suggestion to QT is to allow your employees to behave more like people and less like robots, and who knows I, and others, may indeed return more often;)

The staff is always friendly and the store is stocked well. The bathrooms are usually clean too.Would I return? Yes.

I am deeply disappointed to recount my recent experience at the QT in Lewisville on June 11th. As a customer seeking a cash withdrawal, I encountered an incident that was both racially discriminatory and unsettling. Unfortunately, my encounter with an employee named Addi left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.Upon approaching the register, Addi allowed me to swipe my card for a cash back transaction. However, moments after the approval, he abruptly took the cash away from me, stating that if it was the same card used by a girl who had visited earlier, he wouldn't permit me to receive the money. I was completely unaware of any previous customer and had no knowledge of who this girl might be. This sudden reversal in service left me confused and frustrated.In an attempt to clarify the situation, I left the store and returned with a different card. Hoping to understand Addi's reasoning, I inquired about the girl he referred to. Astonishingly, he responded by outright refusing to serve me once again. This discriminatory treatment based on race is deeply distressing, especially considering that racism should have no place in a community like Lewisville.It is disheartening to witness such acts of racism still occurring within our society, especially in a place that should strive to provide equal and fair treatment to all customers. This incident reflects poorly on the QT establishment, as it tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise well-known brand.I strongly urge the management of QT in Lewisville to take immediate action regarding this matter. It is essential that they investigate this incident thoroughly and address the underlying issues of discrimination within their staff. Customers should feel safe and valued when patronizing any establishment, regardless of their race or ethnicity.In conclusion, I am deeply saddened by the racist encounter I experienced at the QT in Lewisville. This incident has left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction and dismay. I hope that through this review, the necessary steps will be taken to rectify the situation and ensure that such acts of discrimination are never repeated at this location or any other QT store
